I just got a dozen of donuts and they didn't have a box dozen of donuts had had to give me 2 small boxes for a dozen boxe.And they don't have dunkin donuts bags for regular customers only for uber they dunkin donut bags, which is ridiculous on top of that it's 90 degrees outside once you enter there's no air conditioner for some reason.
Rude, unprofessional argumentative...order for my coffee looked like milk..tag said 3 cream Isaid 1..she told me tag wrong g, clearly not wrong, forgot expresso shot ..got nasty telling me what I did and did not order!!Day 7/10/22 check 7336 time sausage 1:35AM..it was actually 11:50 amWithout your customers who won't have a job 315542 Hasina!!
I would have gave more stars but its always hot with no ventilation. When it's 70 outside it shouldn't be 80 inside with the windows sweating
It was bad ,I had to go back from my table to get a sauce for my nuggets ? and some how my knee got twisted. If he would had put everything in the bag ? I would've had to go back to the counter.
It would be 5 stars if they do the order faster.
This space is huge however seating is limited. I found the service friendly & fast.
I had a question about dairy free options over the phone and the sales person basically hung up on me when I asked a second question
I'd definitely recommend ordering ahead. They have gotten my order wrong every single time I order there. It's probably because they can't hear with my mask being on, to but ugh it's annoying. Also the donuts are so dry and taste like cardboard.( This might be a manufacturing thing... But still.. not a fan).
My iced coffee is usually made pretty well but I have to say their bagels always taste old or stale. They never toast enough and my butter isn't melted....I hate it so much. Today was the last time I try. I figured since there were different people they may make it better but now still gross and stale. Plus the staff's attitude sucks. Sorry wish I could give a better review. Two stars only for my coffee being pretty okay.
Poor service, cold coffee (should have been hot), and only 2 employees were seen working during after work/school rush.Also over heard them deny use of their restroom to a first responder.
