I was going to eat an egg and cheese sandwich, but first I needed to use the restrooom. For my surprise, there was a sign in each bathroom that says, "out of order". So I left, and ate somewhere else, where there are bathrooms available and used them. You lost a customer, there is no way that the two bathrooms are broken, am sure they are lying. You have to take into account that some people travels (there is a light rail station just across the street) and are hungry and needs to use the restrooms. Am not going to eat in a place where they deny the use of the bathroom, am not gonna eat and holding it.
Open till 11 but locks door at 930. Went to drive thru and refused to serve me bc i wasn't in a vehicle. Will be calling corporate in the morning. Very rude about the whole thing as well.
I had to come back because this place has gotten worse without the usual manager in the morning. I have been late to work because they are slow. The worst thing is nobody ever gives you a wrapper or napkin with donuts. They just throw them in the bag. The food is usually very bad, and sometimes they don't even offer a bag.
Starbucks better butt you can never go wrong what a medium iced caramel latte with extra caramel and light ice from Dunkin
Horrible service if youre a walk in. The entire staff is dedicated to online delivery and drive thru. Might as well close the doors for all else. There is one person at the register that has to do everything while the others watch and wait for a online order or car. Never going back waste of time
Not a very good Dunkin donuts. They had a limited selection of donuts, and those they had were not fresh. Service was poor with staff being borderline rude. I do not recommend it.RB
Always short staffed so & quick in & out never happens, drive thru is a nightmare because of the way its situated - once you get on line at the drive thru there's NO WAY OUT ?
Manager threw the food in my sister’s face bc it was “too busy and she didn’t have time to hand it over”.
Too focused on the drive up window. Ignored online orders which I did. I finally spoke up. Lobby was backed up with a number of people waiting to order. They did have a sign about possible staff shortages. This was due to a lack of training.
Thier ok.... it's just I don't know if it's only in the mornin but it's hectic and not busy in the sense...hectic as like they don't know what they are doing orders constantly wrong or missing either way they need someone with more knowledge on how to run the business as it should
