Very good food really good experience the food isnt pricey and the staff are nice and help highly recommend and they take uber eats as well.
The customer service was absolutely horrendous. I called at 1014pm to ask a simple question about a particular dish and what was in it. The guy told me they were closed and hung up the phone on me. They close at 11pm. I'll never order from this place again.
New to Bayonne, ordered food from here. The driver dropped the bag in from of my face got home tea was leaking everywhere. It was all over my food and floor. To top it all off the food the wasn't wet was barely edible. Never ordering from there again.
This place sucks!! The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and ignorant!! Not that it matters to them but I will never order from them again!! There are many other Chinese places in Bayonne

I don't understand how businesses with such horrible customer service can still make money. I called to place an order for pick up. But when I said what I wanted, they said they were sold out and immediately hung up. I tried calling back and they did not pick up, so unbelievable. Another reviewer says we just have to deal with the rudeness since we still get good food. Well guess what? They are so rude that I didn't even get to order!
I just called to make a order and has questions about the prices because I was a new customer and the women was so disrespectful and nasty. Don't know if ling ling didn't get d*k last night but there was no need to be nasty.

Disgusting customer service didn’t send my entrée literally messed up my order, cursed me out and said he very busy and hung up on me. I was polite on purpose, and he still was very nasty. I have been having issues with them for the past few orders I would give them a chance the next time I’d order but still inconsistent. They are unprofessional and Rude!!! Being hung up on shows how nasty your behavior really is, and you are in a business that serves people.
they increase prices by 35% if you are calling in and say the website prices are “not updated” even though you can still order using the website and pay way cheaper
