So we ordered Half a cheeseburger sub with provolone cheese extra provolone and fried onions very well done black this is what we got half a cheeseburger sub with American cheese and raw onions well warmed up raw onions disgusting when we called to complain we were told as long as we didn’t touch it we could bring it back and remake it at least that’s what she thinks the manager will tell her I don’t know what’s happened to this place but it’s definitely gone Downhill It really sucks when locals can’t even find a good sandwich in the area anymore
Don't ever eat here. That's supposed to be a burger.. It's about an 1/8 " thick.. Which was about $11... The cheese was thicker than the meat... I really wanted to molotov this place... Wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars... I really think these good reviews you see are fake .. I'm serious.... DO NOT EAT HERE! And both cashiers are dumb rude and ratchet! I keep coming back and editing my review... I really hate that place.. Actually ruined my night...i would of been OK if the food was a 2 out 10... It was nowhere close to that. I don't even write reviews as much.. But I just don't want anyone else to experience this.. Of it wasn't inside the Hardrock, I would definitely fly a small plane into it

Amazing subs and breakfast sandwiches ?
Sandwiches are delicious and loaded. They offer both hot and cold sandwiches. They are made fresh and are worth the wait. A must go for good food every time I am in the Hard Rock .
The price is reasonable for the amount of food you get. Although the sandwiches are kind of difficult to eat with all the different topics, it was very good. I'll probably come back when I'm here again.
I ordered a Turkey sub without cheese. By the time I paid for it it was done. Friendly staff, and was made exactly how I wanted it. Couldn’t eat the whole thing since I don’t have a stomach. I had stomach cancer in 2017. The only issue I have is the prices are incorrect on the website. It says $6.90 for a half and I was charged $10.00. I got sweet peppers so it came to $12.00 n change. I took pics of the menu so the prices changed a lot. I would eat here again. The picture of my sub is half so imagine what a whole one looks like.
This is my absolute favorite sandwich shop in the ? world I buy one of these sandwiches every time I come to AC. The customer service is the best.
Subs are super good, I think it's the bread and large amount of quality meats. Can get busy but well staffed and they move quickly. Fries are also yummy. Prices lower than expected for what you get, especially in a casino hotel. Highly recommend!
I went there twice. Got an Italian which lacked the ingredients I ordered and the bread fell apart. Gave it another shot and a Turkey sub and again hardly any lettuce, oregano, and I asked for extra vinegar and they soaked the bread with it and my sand which was a soggy messI wouldn't have gotten a second one if the place next to them did sandwiches to order. No more Whitehouse subs for me
