Wonderful dining experience. The wide array of food options was absolutely delicious. Fantastic atmosphere. The decor and decorations are edgy and unique. The cherry on top of all of these great qualities was our bartender Christopher. He was an absolute legend. My friend and I sat at the bar; all of the bartenders were all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We would go back for sure just to hang with Christopher. He makes you feel like you are good friends. Truly a very kind and genuine human. 10 out of 10 be sure to check this spot out! ? Thank you and can’t wait to come back.

Food was good but band playing was obnoxiously loud. Couldn’t speak to anyone while having dinner, it was like trying to eat dinner at a concert. Everyone left in a hurry to get away from the noise, felt partially deaf after leaving and developed a migraine. Could be a fun place to have a drink but wouldn’t recommend dinner here.

Love this place! Service and food are spectacular! So cool!

Enjoyed the entire experience, food was delicious . Allison (bartender) did her thing, your people skills are on point. koodos

This place is in need of some serious help if it wants to stay in business in Atlantic City. The service was awful from start to finish. When we got to the door and spoke with the hostess she asked if we had a reservation, we said no (it was a Thursday night) and she disappeared into the darkness of the restaurant without saying a word. We stood stunned for a couple mins and as we were getting ready to walk away she popped up and said to follow her. She parked us in a dark corner where we soon realized how easily it was to be forgotten. I ordered the Iberico Burger which claimed to have the flavorful Iberico chorizo (2 extra thin slices about the size of Genoa salami) which was totally lost, it was also supposed to have an apricot mustard which seemed as if it was apricot mayonnaise, and pickled red onion (of which there was maybe 2 tiny slices. The Manchego was the only distinguishable flavor in the whole burger. It came with cheap previously frozen fries all for the low low price of $21. I also ordered the Potato Soup that was served luke warm and tasted like Shop Rite brand. My sister ordered the Miso Korean Fried Wings which is the only reason the restaurant got more than 1 star. They were absolutely fabulous. The worst part of the experience for me was the service. Our waiter walked by to peek at our table multiple times without asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything. When I did try to get his attention he was quick to turn his head or walk away. For the price you are going to pay at a sit down restaurant in AC (casual or not) you expect to have better service than a local diner with a skeleton crew.

The food and drinks at this restaurant were really good. The menu is creative, the food is flavorful and filling. On Saturday night, they did have a live singer which was really nice. Big TV's for sports in the background too. I gave it 4 stars because the service could be a little bit better, but overall I would recommend.

Last trip to Ocean the restaurant was closed the day we wanted to go. Went on a Sunday night in March. My wife loves pub food so we made a reservation. Given a nice booth to sit in. Ordered the cioppino seafood combination of mussels, clams, scallops, and shrimp. I’m a big seafood eater being Italian American. My wife ordered the ribs. Got a side of Brussel sprouts. My fish was so tasty with an excellent sauce. It came with a large order of truffle and cheese fries. My wife loved her ribs, they were very tender. It came with corn on the cob. The brussel sprouts, which is my favorite vegetable, were perfectly cooked with great seasoning. Prices are responsible for the quality you are receiving. Our waiter Isaiah was perfect and very thoughtful. Give it a try, you will be very happy.

My wife and I stopped by at 9:30 PM for a couple glasses of wine. The place was crowed due to March Madness College Basketball competitions being aired. At 9:50 PM, the bartender announced last call because they were closing. The advertised hour was 11:00 PM closing. No problem for us since we wanted only one drink, but this left extremely poor customer impressions.

We visited V&S on Monday and we had the best time at Ocean. It was my Fathers 75th birthday and the General Manager Gazi made my dad feel special. He brought a cheesecake with a candle with the server and we sang Happy Birthday to my dad. Lobster, wings, pork chop and the craft beer was awesome and served Celina is the best. We will be back again! Thank you all for making our trip memorable!

Our server was excellent -- friendly, efficient, etc. Nice variety of seating arrangements -- bar stool, tables, booths etc. Large drinks menu -- if you are looking for a variety in drinks -- beers, mixed, etc. -- this place offers it. Visited during restaurant week - menu was limited to three entree selections which is unfortunate as most places offer more extensive entree offerings hoping to attract people to give the place a try. There were four of us and each had a different entree. The fish entree came with nothing other than the fish! The steamers had a nice helping of vegetables, the burger came with fries. Everyone enjoyed their entree but agreed that each one was average. One choose an appetizer -- potato soup which was watery and not very tasty. I had the Caesar salad which was large but mediocre at best. There was one dessert offered -- which amounted to a a large mound of peanut butter coated in chocolate with a raspberry drizzle. It was excellent but offering only one dessert for the restaurant week menu was ridiculous. The idea is to get people in the door and give them a sample of your menu so the more it's limited the less interest people have in trying it. The worst part of the visit was that it was Trivia Night -- which was not mentioned when the reservation was made otherwise we wouldn't have chosen this restaurant. The MC was loud and we literally had to shout to our friends at the table so they could hear us over the general noise and the game being announced. Most disappointing experience we've ever had going to restaurant during restaurant week anywhere.
