Atlantic City location only. First it is attached to Dunkin Donuts. So it is not a stand alone or in a department store or any other established place. There was only one person working at this location so the wait was long for my order. The counter person was polite but short and seemed unconcern that I might have been at my lunch break. I was addressed in silence and not even I will be with you shortly. Poor customer service. The sub way food was okay. It tastes better when the service is good. At the location the chairs were stacked in a corner and the tables blocked the traditional prep area so it was hard to see what was available. All in all Subway is a food company just nit this Atlantic Ave location. They need a refreshed atmosphere and better help. I don't usually give long reviews but this needed to be said. Fix it.
The worst and horrible experience ever to have. I went there at evening There was a guy working he was smoking outside. Then I told him to come to make my Sandwich but he took so long. When he came inside after smoking to make my sandwich he didn’t even wash his hands and wore gloves and didn’t clean anything and started to make my sandwich.Then I told him to put a Little more lettuce as there’s no limit to take salad. I have allergies of eating meat so I told him to clean the knife that he was cutting my sandwich off he didn’t even clean it and you use that all the knife to cut my sandwich and he put lots of extra sauce that I didn’t want and he a mistake my sauce in the sandwich was so bad then I had to throw that out because I couldn’t eat any or sandwich that I already paid for. And he was so so rude he didn’t even want to talk with me like interacting with customers. I have never faced any customer service like that from any subway or any restaurant really have to say the worst experience I’ve ever had. And the main thing there was not even a hygiene it was everything dirty inside. It was very dirty that I couldn’t even sit down and eat because it was very nasty. I would never prefer anyone to come at this place.
Service is okay but the employees don't understand English sometimes so it's kinda hard explaining what you want but they are very respectful
This place should be callled Bumway Bums everywhere....dont go to this location
It says they close at 8 o’clock every time I go 730 they’re close one of the worst place
Nothing is wrong with it sandwich be gd amount to eat every time
While the sandwiches are good, there employee's are limited in the English language and this makes for difficult ordering .And the biggest thing of all , as a lot of places in Atlantic city they are NOT TRUE to there POSTED hours.
This place is the worst to go to. SMH. Customer service is horrible! Uber eats and or door dash your order will be wrong or missing items. Go to the other one by the outlets.
Arrived at five, it wasn't busy. Service is typically above par. It has a cool atmosphere.
Visited at eight, it was not full. Quick and friendly service. It has an awesome feel to it. Similar to a place in Denver I liked.
