OK for morning coffee. As a regular here I come here a lot. Line is long on weekends.
It's a Starbucks in a casino. Small staff and often a long line. I find the staff to always be pleasant and they generally have everything available. It's perfect for those moment where you've been in the casino too long and need a caffeine pick-me-up. :)
This afternoon I had bad experience at this location. The manager who is on duty is unprofessional! My husband got his hot drink very quick, so he waited for me outside the store, I thought my drink should be ready next. But it’s not, instead, I saw the manager made two cold drinks for a chef( a lady wears kitchen uniform)! This lady ordered and paid for her drinks behind us! And then the manager made a hot drink right after this for a man who wears kitchen uniform too!! I’m not sure did he pay? And two other customers got their cold drinks before me too. They all came after me! When I saw these, I asked the manager why they got the drinks before me, she said :”yours is cold drink and it’s coming, “she ignored my question. When I got my drink, she said “you have a nice day “ very unpleasant. It sounds like I should leave now. Vey bad attitude! The reasons I thought, the chefs are work for Borgata and they speak the same language?!
Waited in a long line and finally got to the front & they said they didn’t have espresso so I left without getting anything. Would’ve been nice to tell people that before they wait in the entire line…
Mocha cookie frap was the best.
