What a nice location. I stopped in to do some homework and grab a quick bite to eat while my husband was in an appointment at the local hospital. This location was SO clean. Employees are moping, sweeping and wiping tables down around me. (SO nice to see!) I ordered on the touch screen in the lobby, which was easy and convenient. The restrooms were probably the cleanest McDonald's restroom I've ever used before. The wifi is quick, and is super easy to log into as a guest.
An excellent store kept cleaner than most.The service was fast but somewhat disconnected.The food was your average McDs offering.
I love this location. It is always clean and the staff do an amazing job. I never have a problem.
Standard McDonald's but so many beggers it's annoying and dangerous to go through the drive-thru. Can't security do something about them co Stanly approaching our cars?
Unable to do no stars otherwise I’d definitely do it. Just tried to get some breakfast and placed a mobile order which gave me a code. I tell the lady and she seemed too tired to understand my number. The total on my screen when I placed it was 4.47. Come to the window and I see a charge for $10.27. I know that’s way off because I was gonna use a reward. I’m checking my order at the first window and for some reason a whole item I didn’t add was on my order. I was prompted to edit it on my app just for another manager to claim “they don’t use letters on the app for the mobile code” While there’s literally two letters in the 4-digit code and proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t give me any food, even though I had given them the new mobile code number. Since I live near this place, it’s one of the few fast food options in the Atlantic City area, but I hope not for long because they were not doing anything right today.
This may sound ridiculous, but this was the BEST Mcdonalds I ever had. And I’ve eaten a lot of McDonalds. The fries were perfectly crisp, the burger was fresh and the coke was bubbly to perfection! The best eating experience i’ve had a McDonalds.
Went through the drive-thru today. And the woman that works to dry through who is an elderly woman was absolutely wonderful! The most kindest generous best customer service I have ever received. Way to go! This woman should be training everybody in your staff Way to go! This woman should be training everybody on your staff. Even when we were leaving the young girl that handed us the food at the last window was super professional and nice as well. She even thanked us and told us to have a nice day. This day and age that is super rare especially coming from a young person. Thank you to this store for working as hard as you do! It does not go unnoticed?
I've been out of the area for several years. So I couldn't wait to get a steak, egg and cheese bagel. Anyway, they don't have them and won't get them, according to the cashier I had, until March 2022. So looking forward but disappointed someone let this end in the first place. So good on you for informing people that it won't be back but your corporate needs to get their head screwed on right.
They steal from you so count your change. We set up the DIRTBALL Manager and SHE failed. Sorry dont know her name because she knows she got caught and I have her videotaped refusing to tell us.LOSER. And they made us line up STANDING in the drive thru !!!The kicker is we were given a BOGUS number to call to POSSIBLY speak to a PROFESSIONAL, MATURE person
