very rude in drive thru and was too busy talking and cursing!!
must be the invisible tattoo I have on my forehead that says “I’m a f#€kin trash bag” because I don’t have any explanation for the 6+ different days now in the past 2 years there have been disrespectful employees at this restaurant, and I wouldn’t care to even say some $#%t and would usually even wish them a good day (because this world isn’t easy and people have bad days) but it’s been an actual deliberate attack: from tampering with food orders, to delaying the order and lying to myself and/or my partner, to literally stealing money from us and saying they can’t do nothing about it, (I don’t have the time or strength to even list all of the other incidents (all always accompanied by laughter, snickering, playing dumb, acting deaf, or being completely ignored by someone..) to turning around (last night) as I kindly walk from my curbside spot to the window to get the ice cream because I saw she didn’t seem like she was coming out to deliver it, or maybe she had been distracted or forgot it was in her hand (because I understand the list of possibilities that exist and therefore provide instant indemnification.. I worked the same kind of job, aside from another 12 or so other different hourly wage jobs as well, from age 15 to 23, including food service and grocery stores to name a few) but.. lmao [{“there’s another ‘but!?’}] after I chose to get off my @;; sitting on the curb, because the app told me my ‘curbside 2 delivery’ for an ice cream cone was now complete, and after I walked over to spare her from coming all the way out there because, ‘also like.. COVID,’ and I’ve been homeless for 1-2 years now so.. who the f#€k wants to venture out into the world outside the McDonald’s store and have to interact with and worry about both a violent, deadly disease and a man that looks like he’s dying from it ? this mo$&er f#%€er turned around as soon as I got to the window, and ate the ice cream as I knocked and then looked like, “um.. w t ff do you want?” and I said, “you’re an employee?” she shook her head yes, and turned around like, “w t fff this nih guh don’t understand like, we aren’t here to serrrvvee youu food because.. people get paid to make funnn of youu and steal everything they can from you..” ..and it was only trilly like.. 7 seconds before her and 2-3 other employees were laughing their face off, all eating ice cream and slapping their thighs like they just shut down the gramercy theater, sold out, best stand up act ever while their grandmother robbed the royal mint down the block so I got my ice cream cone after some other dumbb older lady (manager or whoever) came to ask me why I knocked on the glass 18 times to get my food.. • • • I’ll normally let @$&holes $#it on me for any length of time without flinching or making a peep because I know how to be patient and let it go, but first 1-2 days no food/sleep again due to more, new insurance / bank / phone bill / email hacking.. and my fuse box in my brain has no fuses left in it.. just a fuse box on fire.. it’s on fire, no fuses… and I like fire ??• • • (DISCLAIMER [{sorry arsonist-label-lickers, like a city-tour bus express crew revving their broken engine down the road ready to lock a crazy up for saying he likes fire..}] it’s a “Sagittarius” (or “fire-sign”) reference.. zodiac chart..? mashed potatoes on top of concrete, moonpie-shaped cereal bars for like.. nvm you have to believe everything you read and hear (especially on the internet) to understand what he even saying right now? ??? I dumped it in the ground and left because I heard too many additional threatening and extremely disturbing statements from the customers hanging at the window outside saying to me, for example one was, “spit on that $#it, what’s he gonna do” I like McDonalds, and I had no money in my only two accounts I can currently access, so it was really another blessing from God that the app said I had enough points to get that free ice cream so I could at least hydrate myself and get some rest before looking for work tomorrow and sitting on the phone again and walking all
I came here with my mom and aunt to get a drink. We had to order on this stupid computer thing they had inside of mcdonalds. Once you order your meal or drinks you had to go to the counter to pick up your order. We did not know how to do the computer thing it was kinda complicated. But the parking lot is small with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. The floors were clean the staff was nice and friendly. This place was very crowded when we came here.this place also has a drive thru and bathrooms as well. It also has curb side pickup as well. Also you can order on the app as well.
Usually, i go n the mornings. it's not crowded, good food, good price, convenient to get to, staff friendly, food orders r timely & there is Bathrooms for Customers!! ? clean expect one time, I recently spoke to worker to clean an area where I was going to sit, she address me quickly ? & said she would have it cleaned. Though it wasn't done while I was there .. which it should have been done, I am quite sure it was cleaned after I left. This is the only time I have had to say anything negative about My McDonald's ?Thank You McDonald's & Keep Up the good work.?
This used to be an excellent, large, fast, restaurant; sadly, with Covid, they have installed "Order Kiosks" in various places within the restaurant. This scattered placement results in multiple wait lines interfering with people walking by. The Order Kiosks also demand a table number to finish your order. The table number is on a small round disc mounted on each table. Since you are standing IN LINE to order, you probably don't have a table number yet. Also, all of these multiple order lines end up creating a Bottleneck at the tiny pickup area by the counter. They only have 1 counter person ( I made multiple visits to confirm this) & 1 other person bringing the scattered order numbers to the pickup window. This is poor planning, and poor follow-through. Despite continually seeing cleaning staff working at each of my visits, the restaurant appeared sad & dirty. The bathrooms are wheelchair- accessible, and were very clean. I think the restaurant sevice would be GREATLY improved, if they would quit trying to minimize the number of employees.Quality & pride show, when a manager or owner care.
I recently turned 76 this past month, so my grandchildren decided they were going to take me out to dinner because we were hungry. We pull up and this homeless man puts his face in my window and says, "Can you give me money?" I said no and sorry. The kids say "Grandma! We're scared!" and the homeless man puts his face on the window and yells at them to be quiet.Do not come here unless you want to be swarmed by homeless people!
Place was dirty, they have self order machines which wasn't able to print out my receipt, I tried to explain to the lady working the front desk but she couldn't understand me (language barrier). Also, they then scream people's order number, so dinning in the restaurant was annoying. I had to ask for ketchup, when I received it their were some packets were open or dirty. I will never go back to this location!
Unprofessional staff. There was a lot of cursing heard coming from several staff members and many unprofessional comments directed at customers. Although these comments were muttered under the breath, they were loud enough for me to hear that they were talking about the customers coming to the counter to collect their food. I also witnessed an employee filling an order for cookies. She took a bag of cookies out of the case on the front counter, swapped out a cookie from this bag to a new bag to put in a drive thru order, while doing so the other two cookies of the original bag fell onto the counter. The employee proceeded to take the cookies of the counter, put them back in the bag and put them back in the cookie case. Glad I didn't order cookies.
This was my worst experience at a McDonald's, I ordered food on Friday 03/11/22 @ 1134 pm at the drive through and they gave some of my order away to someone else, and when I returned for my remaining order the supervisor on duty Alyssa Clair said I was lying closed the window and had me outside standing for 45 minutes and refused to give me my order. I had no other option but to called the police to the location.
This place was TERRIBLE. WE SPECIFICALY ASKED FOR PLAIN CHEESEBURGERS AND THE WOMAN AT THE REGISTER SAID YES. THEN, WE WAITED 10 MUINITES. WHEN WE GOT OUR FOOD, IT HAD MUSTARD KETCHUP PICKES PEPPERS AND ONIONS. DON'T GO HERE IT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DINNER. (Go to the starbucks it is so much better)
