If I could give them a 0 I would! I have food allergies and order a gluten free pizza with no cheese, extra sauce and 3 toppings through door dash. The “manager” got on the door dashers phone, and started yelling at my husband because we used door dash. We offered to pay extra and he just kept yelling! We are from out of state and just wanted something delivered to our hotel. So, here is my gluten free, extra sauce pizza… no toppings… no nothing… just a bunch of yelling from the manager .
Currently a Stockton university residential student on the AC Campus and I have visited this small business a few weeks ago and my friend and I ordered a cheesesteak each and an order of fries to split. It was very pricey, however I’m not gonna complain because it was all absolutely delicious! Delivered in a timely manner despite the rain and crazy wind, packaged carefully/ generously with napkins and ketchup packets, and the employees listened to my every picky eating detail :)
I ordered an X-Large Pizza for delivery. Again, the service was fast and professional. Thirty-five minutes later, my pizza arrived fresh and hot.I am from NJ and expect a specific quality Pizza from any pizza I buy in my home state. I was not disappointed. The cheese was plentiful and smoothly melted from end to end, and the sauce was tangy. It was evident by the crust that whoever made this pie had years of experience. If I am ever back in AC this place is on my list.
I ordered 10 wings from Joes tonight. I asked for my wings to be well done, dry with extra sauce on the side, celery, no blue cheese or ranch and all drums if possible and Id be happy to be pay extra if they could accommodate my request. My wings were well done which was the only part of my order that was correct. They gave me a sd bc, a tiny plastic ramekin 1/2 filled with buff sauce( it looked to be about 1.5 tablespoons), no celery, and more flats then drums. I never complain cause I worked in restaurants and bars for over a decade so I know mistakes get made. If they were unable to help make my order as asked, why wouldn't they reach out and tell me. If they contacted me and said sorry cant do it, I would have politely said no problem and I would have canceled my order and looked for another spot. But instead I payed $22 and got to eat 3 buffalo wings. Disregarding or ignoring a paying customers reasonable requests is bad business and horrible customer service.
Relocated to the area 5 years ago and that began my search for the best pizza in Atlantic County and I found it. Joe's is the best - and please! try the white pizza - it is absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly, warm and engaging. I cannot wait to try their steak sandwiches!
My fiance & I live across the street from Joe's, we moved to the area about a year ago & we have tried numerous different pizzerias around our area & have been disappointed more times than we could count, but Joe's is the ONLY PLACE we go to now after numerous attempts at other pizzerias in our area. We wanted to give all of the pizzerias in our area a fair chance, but I wish we would've saved our money & time & went to Joe's from the very beginning after numerous disappointments elsewhere! We order out from Joe's multiple times a week now & Joe's NEVER disappoints! Their food is always fresh, hot & excellent quality. The owner knows us quite well since we are regular customers & he goes above & beyond to give us the best service possible. They are great here & definitely take the quality of their food & customer service seriously. Not to mention they have basically everything you can think of on their menu- from pizza to pasta to hot & cold subs & sandwiches, seafood, salads, sides, desserts, etc. I would highly recommend Joe's to anyone!! They are the absolute BEST!
Great place & atmosphere, it's a small place. But the food is great & the service is fast. Highly recommend it!
Food is horrible. Subs barely any meat on them. Antipasta salad missing a few items that a normal antipasta salad would have. Second time ordering from here and it will be the last
Good fresh food.Guy was really nice behind the counter. Pizza was great.
