So let just start off saying the waitress was very nice but the kitchen staff that's another story. I order a salad with grilled chicken due to having a gluten allergy. I asked for no croutons in it well they put them in there. So I asked for a new salad don't you know they pick out the croutons and served me the same salad. If it was just that simple I would have just done that. I had 5 people in my party...3 of the dishes had something wrong, another had plastic in their salad...bad 1st impression ?
I go to hooters everywhere i visit. Tried to go here at night but was an hr wait so we came back next day. Pandemic hurt staffing caused many issues for them. Showed up opening next day. Got surprised n bit dissapointed how menu was diff then other places. Wing sauces diff,no daily specials or all u can eat wings. We ordered wings n bonless wings couldnt get my parm garlic sauce. ? Had to get diff one in which was not fond of food was still decent had gotten better from other locations. Manager was good bought some merch even that was diff then usual also. Not sure if go back here next time visit. ??. Just not sure about all changes hooters locations making foreign to me.
Loved it at hooters!!! Ordered snow crabs, steamed shrimp and boneless wings. All was properly cooked and served hot. Our waitress Sarah was all about making us feel welcomed and was very attentive to our needs. Sarah was the true star of hooters with her exceptional customer service. I think even if the food was just ok I wouldn't have complained because of our waitress Sarah!!! Oh one more time, way to go Sarah!!!!!
We stopped in to get some wings and a few drinks tonight. It took a while to even get noticed for seating, and we understand that they're understaffed, but a little "we'll be with you in a minute." would go far.The wings were above average but unfortunately I've had much better. They charge you for the sauce for the wings however. It's another 99 cents. Really nickel and dimeing customers when you don't include sauce with wings.Our server was very good, although she said her name so fast I couldn't even get it. I got the Margarita perfect 10, but the presentation isn't that great. There's no salt on the rim or anything. In fact it's just served in a regular glass. I got the blackberry shot added to it for $0.50 and it was very flavorful, although I wouldn't say it was that strong like other places make them.I also had gone to the counter to ask them to say happy birthday to my wife, and they really messed this one up as no one ever came over and we left without them coming over. We ordered the burgers which were good but were very disappointed in the atmosphere and the staff! We sat towards the back near a table of 8-10 people who were very noisy. In front of us was a table with 2 staff members and an older gentleman. There were frequent visits from other staff members who were doing shots!! Yes these other people were working! I couldn't believe my eyes! If you enjoy alot of noise, women with there breasts and butts exposed this is a place for you!! I will never go here again!
The wings were delicious. Like most places in Atlantic City they are short staffed but did an amazing job catering to the many people in there for lunch. Giana was our server and she was great! Kept checking in on us and our other tables.
