Completely unacceptable. I ordered food almost an half and hour ago and my food is still not done. Other costumers have ordered and received their food in less then 5 minutes and i only ordered two items, please fix this problem
Very disappointed in what this place has become. Chicken Alfredo shouldn't be messed up twice and over an hour wait for the second try. My waiter Denver was beyond amazing. He actually tried to stop the woman manager from serving me the wrong food but she didn't listen and tried blaming my server. She then took my order again and sent it back out twice wrong. Denver gets 5 stars. Woman Restaurant manager should be fired. Plus it's now over priced and shortened menu from the past. Go to canines or lily's hard pass on this place now
Place is overpriced and u don’t get good food.. The manager is horrible and doesn’t even know her job. She brought the wrong food out to my table and instead of trying to fix the situation she is trying to convince me that’s what I ordered… my family owns three restaurants a manager like her would’ve been fired on the spot.. Stay away.. I hear McDonald’s is hiring that’s where she should be working. The bartender Denver helped us more then the manager did she didn’t even come out to say sorry about what happened.. they should make Denver the manager…

This restaurant is located within the Golden Nuget casino so you could easily see/hear the action on the casino floor. Usually casino food is only average, but this was truly delicious. Our waiter (Keith) provided exceptional service, and made some excellent recommendations. Both my husband and I were extremely satisfied after having a terrific meal.
The food is absolutely delicious, first time eating here. Red sangria and Shrimp scampi is delectable. Highly recommended. Thank you for fresh food and excellent service. Maryann is awesome.
This was my first time dining at Grotto Ristorante and the food and the dessert was excellent. I will definitely return again. Highly recommend.
This restaurant had the best lasagna we have ever eaten. We were so looking forward to eating here again however much to our chagrin when ordering we were told the lasagna was taken off the menu! We were told it was a “corporate “ decision and even though the customers have been disappointed with this decision they have not changed there minds.. Hard to believe that there best entree was simply removed from the menu because of revamping a menu to please corporate which obviously has failed! The menu items were all more expensive and the entree we ordered was only fair in taste. The waitress was very apologetic and tried to help us find something close to the lasagna dish we had enjoyed for so many years but it just wasn’t the same… I’m really surprised “ corporate “ turns a deaf ear to what there customer base is telling them..
OMG, almost, almost didn't make it to the bathroom in time, after eating dinner, don't eat !! and this was me giving them a second chance !
