Loved the pizza and pepperoni cheesesteak. The wings became soggy rather quick but they tasted good. Definitely a stop to go to for good pizza

I called to place an order and asked for extra side of marinara sauce on the side and offered to pay extra for the sauce and the rude lady Saud NO... we don't do that. I explained I would pay whatever necessary and she said ABSOLUTELY NOT...we don't do that. I hung up and ordered elsewhere. They literally lost a large order over extra sauce on the side, that I was willing to pay extra for... Wow, talk about bad business decisions!!! The sad part is I work at Wyndham down the block from them and order all the time. They just cost themselves alot of future business.

I ordered out. The chicken cheesesteak was good. The bread was soft. It was extremely filling. I would’ve liked seasoning on the fries even if just salt and pepper but it was a lot of fries which I didn’t finish. I would go back. I heard their pizza is good but I had a taste for a cheesesteak that day.

When a buy slices of pizza and they heat them until they're hot, they get a five star from me. Very good service and pizza.

This is the place to go between 2:30 and 4:00. Fast service no line. Fresh cooked food and good too. Don't wait until 5:00 it's dinner time and traffic is high. Clean places to eat. Deliver available. Call and pickup too. Good pizza. Parking is limited.

Absolute jerks. Totally unreal. Blown away. Went to use the restroom while my girlfriend stood in line to order. They screamed "EXCUSE ME! CUSTOMER BATHROOMS ONLY!!" Wellllll guess I won't be a customer then. Discrimination in this day and age is unheard of. It's 2022. Give me a break. Disgusting behavior.

Poor customer service! The women who took my order over the phone put down someone else name on my order who works in the same building as me, but in different department. So when my food was delivered it was given to a coworker in another department. I called the restaurant and told the manager about the mishap and he starts screaming at me about how it’s not the Restaurant fault you should have picked up your phone when the delivery driver called! First of all, I am in a building where the service isn’t the best and I a nurse. I am very busy. Then I had to tell the manager he was being nasty and I didn’t blame the restaurant, I was just explaining what happened. Then he said he was trying to yell, but his business is losing food. Well now they will lose business, because I will never order there again! I asked for a refund, and declined to have a new order placed. I would never eat from a restaurant where the manger think it’s ok to yell at customers over their mistakes. First and last time ordering with them.

They confirmed our doordash order and after waiting 20 minutes when the driver arrived at Gino's they canceled our order. Pathetic way to run a business!!!

The young Spanish girl cost them a customer, she broke a Twenty Dollar bill because I was short 2 cents, ill never go back, I tried Tony Boloney near Ocean Casino and the food is Fantastic, 5 star.

I've been a customer for several years now as an employee in AC of which we're the majority of their patrons especially during the weekdays ...and lately I noticed the customer service SUCKS!!... I will no longer spend my hard earned CASH nor waste my energy there again @ that establishment effective today!!! I'm not sure if the thin dusty guy that's always in the front is the owner or manager however his customer service is horrible. I can give several chances..let things fly but for me customer service goes a very long way. I will no longer patronize Gino's again and guess what I will spread the word?!!!
