Note: Bally's Atlantic City is currently improving and updating the entire hotel and casino. This Dunkin' needs to be completely overhauled and improved or they should think about bringing in a replacement business that can better serve basic customer needs.Information: Located on the lobby/hotel check in level area of Bally's Park Place Casino Hotel. (see pic.)Be fore warned: This Dunkin does not accept or give any DDPerks for purchases, does not accept gift cards (see pic) nor does it participate in any other company wide promotions. However, they will accept food credits/vouchers issued by Bally's Casino through their Guest Rewards program.Review: Unfortunately this is the only 24 hr. restaurant/place to buy any food or drinks in the entire casino. They consistantly run out of food items; sometimes for days at a time, esp. on the weekends. The staff is not the friendliest, usually very slow and have no knowledge of what they have available on the posted menu boards and what they actually have in stock. The line can get unusually long during breakfast or hotel check out hours. Recently I waited 20 plus minutes to get to a register just to find out they had no food items available. (See pic of what I wanted to purchase, but it was not available.)Dunkin' here's a suggestion-- Since some workers might not be too busy cooking or preparing "no food" at all, someone (maybe even a manager???) would take the time or initiative to post a sign to say they had "no food" available at the entrance of the store?Prices are also higher than other Dunkin' locations in and around Atlantic City.Needs serious improvement.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a chain restaurant. After waiting half an hour for my avocado toast, I went up to the counter to tell them what I'd ordered. The prep worker looked confused so I repeated it. The manager actually snapped at me, saying "I heard you. You only said it like fifteen times." Then the prep worker, seconds later, asked me what I'd ordered. No kidding. The manager snapped at him too. It was awful! Inexcusable, to have someone like that in charge. At this point if I were to get off an exit and a Dunkin were right there and a sign said there was a Timothy Horton fifteen miles down the road, I'd drive the fifteen miles.

Higher prices than other DD's. They'll most likely get your order wrong. Rude workers. Coffee taste like dirty water ?Not worth the long line.

I visit a lot of Dunkin's on the east coast, this is the slowest of them all. On top of that you can't use DD perks, or even gift cards... ??? If you have another option, go there.

Need better improvement and need to train employee how to respect customer. Need better service needs better behavior need better management need better team member Bally’s Casino Dunkins should be shutdown Until they have right team and management.

Worst Dunkin in Ac. Employee Need more training and also manager ness training all is lazy I went there for breakfast service was horrible and rude behavior.

Quite possibly the worst DD I have ever been too. Cashier was constantly confused. Asked for one egg and cheese croissant and hash browns. She gave me 2 of each and charged me $22. Then instead of refunding she gave me a donut. Atleast she was nice. The people in the back were horrendous. They needed up the drink order and yelled at me for asking them to remake the drink. Instead of fixing the drink, they poured syrup in cups. And handed those to me. Please. Please don't go to this Dunkin. You will most definitely be dissappointed And good luck trying to get a refund.

Probably the worst Dunkin I've been to. We came here because it was closer to us walking distance than the other Dunkin in the area. The worst mistake we made. If anyone is coming here I'd really think about that again. Even if you have to walk the extra block, do it! We actually been to the other one as well and that was great, great service and great coffee. The workers here are extremely rude, the cashier is incredibly confused and has been putting in everyone's order wrong sicne we got here. All we got was 2 coffees, an egg and cheese sandwich and hash browns. She put in 2 Sandwiches and had to re-enter it multiple times. Our coffees were also out in wrong, even after correcting her about 5 times. She kept blaming the computer but wouldn't remember the coffee order I wanted right after I repeated it when we picked up our order the coffees were not even close to what we ordered. The people making the good are extremely rude. I asked the lady if she can fix my coffee and she made a really mad face and told me she can't take it back. I explained to her that I didn't want her taking it back, I just wanted a flavor to be added and she waved her hand at me like she shoo-ed me away and said I ain't takin that back. While I was waiting for them to help me fix my coffee, there were 2 other people waiting to get their orders. But they couldn't even figure out whose order was what. Then the cashier came and tried convincing the lady that already had a bad attitude that the good was mine. Then she she read the order to me and said this is what you ordered, it's what you wanted. And when I told her I didn't order that she got confused again and kept saying I don't know where they went she was right here. Its a horrible place with rude people with bad communication between them I highly recommend not going here.

I like Dunkin better than others. This location is OK. Seem as if they dont really want to work...

The service here is very slow. You would think that for this place to be in a casino that there would be more employees. The floors were always littered with napkins, garbage, etc. My mom asked for an everything bagel and she was told that they only had wheat bagels because someone messed up on the purchase order. The next morning, we were told that no bagels were available because yet again, someone screwed up the purchase order. One cashier, one employee making the coffee and food. The line is always outside the door, going into the casino lobby. The selection of things to order is extremely limited. Someone please, please, please fix this place!
