Paid over $600 a night for an outdated room and terrible staff. The bell hop was unfriendly and acted like asking for a luggage cart was a complete inconvenience. The Valet window had a rude, inept worker that forgot to give me my credit card back. When I asked for it back she tossed it on the counter at me. No thank you, have a nice day or anything. Just extremely dissapointed with the service in this overpriced outdated hotel. Would never stay here again.
Checking in was nice and wet Willie's was great parking free excellent Dirty rug in the room Saw 2 roaches Water pressure was low and not hot They tried to give me dirty towel Outlets were weak and not strong enough to charge a phone Only two lamps not enough light And with all this AC is mostly for adults but to make the pool have limited hours because they rather the adults pay for drinks instead of their guest to have a good time. Then the pool staff is young and rude. To not let guest bring the towels up to their room and they have the room number even if you agree to bring them back is not allowed is unreasonable. Never again I wish I took pics
Checked out. My girlfriend left a $300 bottle of wine in the refrigerator and a $600 electronic device on the night stand. We immediately went right back up to the room. Room service was in the room starting to clean and wouldn't let us in the room stating there was nothing in there. We went to the front desk who sent us to security. Security checked with room service and checked the room stating there was nothing there. 10/10 would never recommend such a low class establishment even to my worst enemy.
the rooms are huge and clean and bright the prices are reasonable fast service many restaurants to choose from reasonable prices you can win gambling beds very confortable pooli s great for adults 2pm to 8pm huge heated in indoor outdoor pool however for children pool closes 2pm you can bring pets also
We were very pleased with our stay. We had taken advantage of a free two night stay promotion and pleasantly surprised by the offer. We stayed in the Rendezvous Tower, 4706, and again very pleased with the room- very clean and comfortable. The hall did have a unique odor but you didn’t smell it in the room. We did like the Dunkin Donuts and food court. Slot action hit or miss. We ate at Capricio’s - and was impressed ( they did miss our birthday request) but none the less was wonderful. The con of the place is Margaritaville which should be shuttered- horrible experience there…liked the skyway to Hard Rock too! We will definitely be coming back!
My husband and I recently stayed at Resorts for three nights. Our room was amazing. Plenty of towels, comfortable bed and spotless. We go to Resorts because we like the slots and they did not disappoint. We were able to play the entire trip and go home with $$$$$. This casino knows how to treat slot players by their excellent cash back offers, free play, bottles of wine and especially the hosts. The hosts are all wonderful and always do whatever they can for the players. Our host is Ashley and she is awesome. She is always quick to respond to questions (even on her day off) and wants to make sure our stay is enjoyable. The slot attendants are very nice and personable and fast to the machine when needed. The public bathrooms are all clean. The pool… AMAZING. Enough lounge chair and it overlooks the ocean so you get a nice breeze. No bird poop anywhere to be found like some of the other boardwalk hotel pools. We had dinner at Daugherty’s two nights…. Service was excellent both nights. First night I had the filet and it was cooked perfect and melted in your mouth. My husband had the seafood tower and he said it was outstanding. Second night I had the salmon and that was delicious and my husband had the seafood tower again. We also ate at Rubys in the food court both having burgers and they were great. Dunkin is in the food court and open 24/7 so it’s very convenient. If your a slot player or just want to go to the beach, Resorts does not disappoint. Between the location of the hotel and the outstanding hospitality of all the employees, I highly recommend for your next trip to AC.
I really like Resorts, fun atmosphere and always have a good time. The room however was dirty. when i first came into the room I saw a bobby pin in middle of floor - dont know how housekeeping didnt see that. There was also hair throughout the bathroom. But the worst was when I woke up the next morning and pulled the sheets back I saw pretzel crumbs on bed - I did not eat in room, were the sheets even changed?
Quoted one price on app with host and then we get there and the price was more then double. Then the room was dirty. Shower had soap scum but not sure how as you only get one tiny bar of soap for your hands and shower. There was a shower cap on the Smoke detector and the room smelled like strong room air freshener like the maid was smoke pot in the room. The outlet to charge phones did not work. The room was dingy too with cuff marks everywhere and the door to room did not close right and was hard to pull shut to lock. We waisted an hour at check in and over an hour the next day for them to get us a clean room. They did not say sorry or anything and really has to involve four employees to figure out how to switch our room to a clean one. This is on a Wednesday at Noon. You would think not a busy time. But they just had us waiting and waiting. They wanted us to come back later at 5:00 pm and come back again so they could ruin our beach time and not be able to shower til after 5:00. Never a Sorry for you inconvienance . Just rude and we were being very nice. The only one that was nice was the maid who maid sure the next room was clean. She was only one to say sorry. When we finally got a new room it was a downgraded room with no ocean view like we had in the first room.
I booked a trip for my mom through Priceline and paid at the time of the booking through Priceline. The hotel then charged me again when my mom checked in. Getting my money back has been a nightmare. No one seems to know how their hotel works. The hotel, according to my mom, was nice enough, and many of the staff were kind to her, so that’s good. The pool is closed, which is annoying, but she had a good stay overall. I’m waiting to get my money back still…
Draftkings DFS closed my account without any rational explanation, and told me they were keeping my money. Steer clear of this fraudulent operation.
