I will NEVER order dominoes EVER AGAIN IN AC. My mother ordered 1 half cheese half pepperoni pizza, 2 cheesy breads and a 16 bbq chicken wing combo. we waited 2 HOURS IN A HALF just for the order to BE CANCELED and then the man on the phone Proceeded to say no one answered the phone when they delivered the order, mind you NO ONE knocked on the DOOR and they didn’t even bother to call again. IM BEYOND FURIOUS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM DOMINOS. It is unbelievable
I'm from out of town. I thought Domino's would be a safe choice. However, when I got my food, the salad was brown and rotten. I ordered a Caesar chicken salad. I called back several times, try to speak to the manager. That never happen. When I finally got in contact with someone a worker, they stated that I would get a refund in 2 to 4 business days. The only problem is I paid cash. Then they stated that they would have someone come out and bring my refund. Next day, no refund, still have the rotten salad. How can you go wrong with a salad?
I'd give domino's a 5 star, but this location doesn't pay attention to the order. And I want to say I manage a 4 star seafood restaurant and, it's not that hard to pay attention to what a ticket says; we make custom changes to our menu orders all the time. So for example, if I order a chicken bacon and tomato dish, but request no cheese. There is no reason I should recieve a chicken dish with no bacon and have cheese and BBQ. I didn't report this before having respect from one business owner to another, but when it happens almost ever time. Either your workers aren't paying attention or tye management doesn't care. I still tip the driver because I know they only grab and go. But if you're going to promote quality check on your website, then actually make sure uts quality checked. Because I'll tell the front of the house it'll be a 2 hour wait because of in convenience, but that food goes out the way it needs and the way its ordered; on time. Not a min less nor a min late. So if Usman or who ever can't read English the your supervisors and management don't care either. No disrespect but that's the way the cookie crumbles. And I have worked at dominoes when I was younger and no that it was simpler in the past. But that doesn't mean you can pick an choose what's made right and what's not. You get payed for quality check and perfection. If you keep up with negative reviews corporate will ivaluate your location and put money in to relocate and re-staff if it continues. Just trying to be nice hope the review goes thru before my order gets here.

My son loves Domino's but every time we order the food is cold! I'm constantly giving them the benefit of the doubt but I think we need to make a change. Sorry Domino's I like my Pizza hot!
Second time ordering and it was amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection and was nice & hot.
Love this place. I ordered online and by mistake ordered the wrong pizza. They replaced it with the right one right away, no questions asked! Blessings ❤️
Always a hard time getting a holt of the store, can never get an answer, always have to pull up anyway. What’s the point of offering delivery?
We are here for the short vacation. We loved the pizza. We got medium pizza with three toppings and It’s delicious. The delivery timing was awesome and these guys took extra care as well.
Our food was mostly correct and it was delivered to our hotel quickly but there was a massive issue with communication between us and the delivery driver. Once (and I mean immediately after) I was finally able to get him on the phone, found his, and signed the receipt...he asked 'no tip?"..well the slip he gave me had no spot for it...but I had his cash tip in my pocket. Anyway once I got to the room we realized none of the extra sauces we paid for were there. When I called the store I was told it would be refunded in a few days and then hung up on. So... If you want mediocre pizza that gives you heartburn...this is your spot.
