I HAD ORDERED SHRIMP FRIED RICE WITH NO VEGGIES AND BEEF AND BROCCOLI EXTRA SAUCE.. LADY WHO TOOK THE ORDER REPEATED IT BACK 3 TIMES AND WHEN I GOT MY FOOD IT HAD VEGGIES IN THE RICE. I CALLED TO ADVISE THEM OF THE ISSUE AND SHE CLAIMED SHE DIDNT HEAR THE NO VEGGIE PART BUT HAD ORIGINNALY REPEATED BACK MY ORDER 3 TIMES.

The lady that was taking my order was upset because I ordered something for delivery and she said that I needed to order $15 or more, so I started to add a soda and ahe hung up the phone on me. To make a long story short ! The food is nothing to talk about ! The customer service this lady was really nasty a rude ?was yelling at me The food was being delivered at the hotel ! Waited one hour for the food to be delivered the delivery guy called would you believe he had the audacity to yell at me saying he was at the lobby for a long time ! Rude rude ! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ! So rude I’m never going order anything from them again they need to learn to have some manners

The food is very good but the store is very filthy, old food laying on the floor,flies all over, employee do not wash hands.And oh, the prices seems to vary everytime you order, even if you order the same things and employees were picking up the trash, washing dishes and then started cooking with no washing hands.Won't eat here again but if they start practicing good hygiene, this place will definitely get 5 starts
This is my go-to Chinese takeout place, they're in my neighborhood and they're fast and friendly. Most of all the food is very good! The Beef and Pepper Steak is my favorite item on the menu so far; the beef tastes phenomenal! They didn't overcook it like most other places do; it tasted freshly seasoned and cooked! The Lo Mein is also excellent! Thank you, China Inn!
