Had both breakfast and dinner here today (5/4/22).Breakfast was French Toast, with Bacon and Eggs. A simple order done fairly well. The bacon was the right level of crispy, without being overcooked or burnt.Dinner was simple as well, consisting of a Hot Pastrami and Swiss sandwich paired with a Strawberry Milkshake. The milkshake was quite delicious and I have no complaints about it...The sandwich, on the other hand, was the single worst sandwich I have ever tried to ingest. The meat could have been rubber, for all I know. The cheese was less than half melted and I suspect all of the flavor is either hiding in the kitchen or abandoned ship long ago.I would love to see Gordon Ramsey come here sometime and watch his reaction to this food.Lastly, the staff was a pretty set neutral. Nothing made them stand out; good or bad. While the wait times and ridiculous pricing should make you look elsewhere for food. Not a sermon... just a thought.
Food is absolutely delicious and there are a lot of options to chose from! Service was a little slower than expected but the wait was worth it.
Nice place to eat. Huge portions and friendly staff. Food was excellent. Located one floor 2 of The Hard Rock Hotel.
It was alright, but I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, but with cheddar cheese and They Forgot The Cheese On Both Sandwhiches! Got charged extra $3 for nothing :(
Quick service and my Burger was good. Affordable price.
Unfortunately ended up with food poisoning this weekend after having their turkey burger
Good (not great) food available with acommodating hours. I visited here a few times during my 3-day stay and all of the staff I encountered were friendly and patient. The prices were on par with that you would expect from a casino food place. (Chicken fingers with french fries - $12, Loaded Nachos - $14) The draft beer price ($6) was also very reasonable in my opinion. I did NOT have a burger, but they looked on other's plates. The time to get your foor can take a little while depending on the crowd, but thats expected.
If I could give 0 stars i would. I went there on Friday, ordered a burger and some chicken wings. Woke up the next day in my hotel room super sick. At first I thought I was hungover from a night in AC. Come to realize I had severe FOOD POISONING FROM THEIR FOOD. When I told the manager they said I should have checked the chicken b4 I ate it. What? That's it. Like it was my fault and I'm inconveniencing them for telling them. Never again. People if u want to enjoy your weekend, STAY AWAY FROM BURGER AND HOPS.
I've never visited a dining establishment that switches over from breakfast to lunch at 12pm with a full line of customers. While I am not against a brief wait, it is now 1215pm and they are still not taking lunch orders. The "chef" in the kitchen service window is yelling at his cashiers to "tell the people in line they gotta wait, that's it!"
This has got to be the best burger I have ever eaten. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. I wish I had discovered this eatery sooner. This is my go to burger joint.
