We ordered 2 of the jalapeño burgers to be cooked medium well and they came out almost raw. When brought to the managers attention all she stated was they cook 800 burgers a day and every once in awhile they come out like that. Then asked if we wanted them to take the burgers back and cook them more and bring them back out. We had already waited 45mins for the food to come out. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Food is always tasty. staff is friendly

Excellent service and excellent Burger ,sweet potato fries and salad and we got to our chairs pretty quickly

Had a wonderful experience here as I visited Atlantic City for my 30th birthday. It was 7pm on a Saturday night, the restaurant was packed and things were super busy. That didn't stop staff from checking in on and making sure we were taken care of. Our server was all smiles, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. It was busy but we didn't wait too long for any part of our meal.I'm also happy to report that even though it's a 'burger bar' there were lots of non-burger options. I actually had a very tasty and filling salmon salad. This strip of boutiques and restaurants in Tropicana is a bit hectic, but Broadway Burger Bar itself felt very controlled and hospitable. 1000% would go again ?

First, I have never written a negative review in my life. Normally if service is substandard I side with the servers and put it down to them being either overworked or maybe having a bad day. This is a place we've been going to for happy hour for a few years now and up until tonight I've never had a bad experience. However, tonight the lady bartender was quite rude to us in regard to the seating arrangements at the bar, telling us one of the seats we wanted was already taken. It wasn't, I'm 100% positive, as we sat there immediately after the previous patrons vacated the spot. My best guess is that she was holding it for, and gave preferential treatment to a friend / spouse / boyfriend who showed up some 5-10 minutes after we did. I'm guessing that based upon her interaction with the person who eventually took the seat . I have never experienced anything like it before. It ruined our whole evening - we were there to celebrate an engagement and had planned on staying for a few drinks at the bar followed by dinner, but ended up leaving almost as soon as we arrived after the shocking treatment. I can't see us ever returning - there's plenty of alternatives. I don't understand how any business could tolerate that behavior from employees or operate like that. The only positive was that the manager seemed genuinely concerned about what happened after I spoke and relayed this to him, however it was too late by that juncture. I'll never know whether or not he acted upon that information - hopefully he did, but probably not. I'll not go back

We went here because we were craving a burger so you'd think someplace called Burger Bar would have good burgers. At 5 pm on Memorial day while Tropicana is packed, this place was EMPTY. PF Changs next door had a crowd waiting to get in.It's the kind of place you see on bar rescue. Menu was lackluster. My husband had the Hell's Kitchen burger. He asked for medium rare and got rare. He said it tasted like it was just covered in bland hot sauce nothing else.Just blah.I had the crab fries which I didn't finish. Blah.I wanted a burger but didn't see anything good on menu. Staff looked like they were used to very slow business and didn't care ,in my opinion. Would not recommend or ever go back.

The highlight of eating at this establishment was when Kelsey Grammer (from Cheers/Frasier) was seated next to our table. Nicest guy.... took pics with us and everything... very cool! On to the food.... I was expecting an awesome burger from a place that identifies as a "burger bar". It was an 'ok' burger.... just nothing great. I got the hangover burger which has a fried egg on it. This is usually my go to burger which I have tried in lots of places. This one comes in last place compared to the others. Not much flavor to it. Not that it was bad.... it just didn't have any pizazz. Not impressed. Great selection of drinks and food on the menu, but I'll skip this place next time.

In AC for a conference and did Google search for best burger. Broadway came in as #1 so off we went on this rainy Friday. Sat at the bar. Bartender was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Really great attitude. Ordered the Wall Street burger on her recommendation. I usually prefer plain with cheese but took a chance. Added fries onions. Burger had Swiss, truffle mayo and sautéed mushroom. Absolutely great burger! Cooked to perfect medium rare temp. Fries onions were sweet and sliced thin as they should be. Bun was a brioche with a buttered top and slightly toasted. Lived up the the #1 rating. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended!!! Best burgers and fresh guacamole!! Our server, Liz S. was awesome!! We will be back!
