This was a very disappointing experience. Firstly, they don’t honor any special requests on their menus. We settled for the grilled veggie sub. I have to say this was the most disgusting grilled veggie sub I’ve ever had. If you look at the pics that I provided, the picture of it are actually in the veggie sandwiches they brought to me and charge me $11 for. When I asked him about the vegetables they brought out a plate of satéed veggies and said we could add it to our sandwiches. We will not be stung by the same hole twice, with that said, we will not be back. PS, there was no cheese option for the hook veggie subs We gave them one star because the fries were okay, but then again how can you get fries wrong? Charge us $32.52 or what though? Disgusting
Great service, quick with orders & very tasty!
Great place. Awesome food. Excellent service
We had a delicious breakfast served by attentive waitstaff. It was a cute little cafe with sidewalk seating right on Ventnor Ave. Just watching the staff tidy things up showed the pride they have in the place,
So uplifting vibes in the morning you’re looking for, great hospitality and no doubt delicious breakfast served here.My signature breakfast is was made with love.Egg&cheese with fried onions and avocado on croissant and it’s home fries, house coffee. Will be here soon again to try out sandwiches they served.
I have never in my 42 years of living , ever, tasted anything as heavenly as this food prepared at this cafe. The menu was superb. The workers, delightful. The setting, satisfyingly quaint. I most definitely recommend anyone gambling, passing through, or plain want to take a trip to Britney’s Cafe, to eat here. Best food ever!
The food and the wait staff was great, kudos to the cook. Feta omelet and egg white vegetables omelet was delicious, omg the French toast was perfect.
I like a lower priced decent breakfast, not one where you pay a national chain $20 for two eggs and a strip of bacon. I also like to support the privetly owned restaurants as they tend to work hard for their business and serve good food to keep their customers coming back. I looked at the comments here on Tripadvisor as well as their website menu so my friend and I decided to have breakfast here to start the day. This is a very small place, a counter and just about half a dozen tables. People were very polite, I saw one cook and two women running the place. My friend and I each had an omelet that was served with a very generous helping of fried potatoes (actual chunks of potatoes, not hash browns) and toast. I had printed the menu from their website but when we checked out we found the prices were $3 more than their website. That was the only downside, but the food was good. Not gourmet, but coffee shop good. My friend mentioned the price difference from their website and suggested they may want to change that but the women didn't seem to be inclined to do so even though they acknowledged they knew the prices on their website were not correct. Next time I would eat at somewhere else with a price comparable to what we were charged.
Love coming here any time I’m in town. This place gives you a homie feel and the food is great as well as the coffee
