By far the worst experience I ever had dinning in Atlantic city. We stayed at the showboat and had to go eat at the hard Rock. THE waitress was rude and I also felt like she was a little racist towards me and my family. We are business owners wanted to try and new place besides our favorite place which is Tropicana and I think we will stick to what we know. The place had crumbs all over the place and the staff looked and acted like they didn't want to be there. I would normally let little things go but this one I'm definitely calling corporate and filing a report when ppl spend money to have a good time the service needs to be top tier.

She was already in edge. They have different menus with different prices. Even with the last menu with higher prices I ordered and she tried to charge me like $65 for an order that should have been less than $50 for 4 people. I asked her to break down the prices and she told me she won't discuss prices with me and either to take it or leave it. She definitely should not be working in customer service. She looked like she uses drugs. Only reason I kept the order is because another lady that worked there was friendly and took care of it and fixed her mistake. But she should be fired! Never again will I go there!

I ordered eggs scrambled with hash browns and toast, the hash browns was undercooked and not good at all, no taste and the toast was terrible. tasted old. I would recommend going elsewhere for breakfast
At our last stay we had breakfast 3 days lunch twice and the stay before dinner once and never disappoint! Super charming atmosphere, super friendly staff and super tasty food. Can't want for June to have more
Worst food ever. Pizza burnt, steak fries not done and I ordered fried onions and didn’t get them. Tried calling and the phone keeps going to voicemail. This is unacceptable especially when I just paid $32 for food and another $16 for a steak with no onions or flavor. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Pizza so hard can break a tooth!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! Giving out frozen food instead of fresh I could of went to 7-Eleven now that’s a pizza.
Been here a few times. Foods always good. Service is always friendly. Had the fried pickles a few time now (the picture) and they are excellent
Went there tonight for my son's birthday. Terrible food. Terrible staff. Roll was stale, fries undercooked cheap steak ff. I am a food wholesaler, I can taste quality and it wasn't there. Also the burger advertised was a three meat short rib blend, which this wasn't. It was a cheap 80/20 for sure. Waiter was cursing about his last customers to the staff behind the counter about rich kids stiffing him(wonder why). More staff standing around than customers, but they had no time for the customers. Like 3 tables in the place, 6 or 7 people working. When I paid I tipped the guy 20% so they didn't think everyone was cheap and I come from that industry. Then told him all my complaints and that my son was four, so shouldn't be cursing in front of them. No apologies, nobody seemed to care. Hope the place goes under. This review is 100% true
My experience was insulting while going there with my daughter and he bf we ordered our dinner and the food was fine service by our server was good also at the we paid our bill with a debit card and left a 20% tip. Moments later while sitting at lounge at lucky snake to rest my bad leg i was approached by our server joseph and his manager for skipping on bill while being in shock i hobbled back into brickets with recieptto verify that bill was paid in the meantime they reviewed the records and did see that i paid the bill.they did apologize but i would recommend next time be 100% sure before they assume that i was dining and dashing i wont return
The food was very distasteful. $105 on what? Nothing but chicken patty sandwiches from the market, the lettuce was disgusting, the cheesesteak was nasty! My best friend and sister in law was allergic to the pink lemonade! The fries WAS COLD AND NASTY ! The waiter WAS NASTY acted like he didn’t want to assist us. The prices didn’t match the QUALITY OF THE FOOD .
