When will they end smoking in the Casinos. You can’t be in a non smoking section without the smoke coming into it. The poor workers that have to deal with that on a daily basis. Government should end that loophole for Casinos. People will still gamble
I went a day early for a business trip and had a wonderful room and casino experience. The room was large with a beautiful view and the casino was clean and dealers friendly. I would stay there again.
Gorgeous upscale exceptional facility has everything you could want or need all under one roof. (food, bars, retail stores, casino, hotel, entertainment plenty of parking), Prices are reasonable, food and entertainment is good. Rooms a re beautiful with breathtaking views. Super friendly & helpful staff. Slots give you a chance to win. As a foodie, we found the buffet to be very good w/ decent options. Buffet is fairly priced considering what you get.
I was just really pleased with the whole experience. My bed was firm and comfortable and I was able to get some good sleep. A lot of the times the beds in hotels are too soft. There’s a good variety restaurants and the staff in the restaurants were excellent.
This was a stop over on a longer trip but I wish I could have stayed longer. I had great food and a great night's sleep. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I did not have time to use their spa or pools but they looked inviting.
I've been staying at The Borgata since it opened. The staff has always been really friendly and the service is great. However, the rooms are getting really run down and it is time for a refresh. The chair in my room was filthy and the fixtures on the sink were loose.
My room was not ready and I had dinner reservations for a party of 10 at old homestead for 630. I was assured my room would be ready and needed to be changed and ready to greet my guests. I missed drinks with my friends/family because I finally went to the front desk to check on the status of room and downgraded to a classic room not realizing Jason gave me a non smoking room. We had to come back down and this time I had a better experience with Marisa. She was able to get me a room on 41 after being told twice by Rich?? and Jason that 41 and 42 floors were blocked. Finally got into a room around 6pm and met everyone for my birthday dinner.
I’ve stayed at many hotels to include the Waldorf Astoria. But, this one here simply took my breath away! Not just a hotel, but a one stop shop for all your needs- from entertainment to eateries to leisure to shopping! All under one roof!
Clean property and rooms.Comps are pretty good.Buffet a little pricey but good.Decent amount of table games and varieties.Charge for parking even if you are staying at hotel.Check in is easy.Overall a good experience
Had an email earlier stating that everything open again. Not true! Limited options for dining. Plenty of high priced restaurants but other than the food court, no real choices during the week. Housekeeping showed up one day but not the next.
