place was not busy, still hard to get Beverage, and you guys want tips, and I'm huge tipper, not last weekend...
Probably one of the worst experiences I've had a bar and restaurant, ever.Came by around 7:45,7:50 (remember this time) with open tables visible as well as bar space. Was asked if we had a reservation, but we didn't have one. Completely understandable at this point and put our name in. "It will be about 20 min.She wrote my name down on a piece of paper and wrote 8:30 down. (7:50) and invited us to sit at the bar.The high drink cost were one thing, but what was truly disconcerting was a bartender serving Patron shots to a couple of kids who clearly just hit 21 and were absolutely wasted. The buyer of the shots could barely stand up and the kid he bought for literally said "I've never taken a shot before" They took the shot and left, barely able to walk out the door.We waited until 8:30 and no one got us. At 8:45 I walked back to the hostess and she quickly said "oh its a good thing you came, I've got a table for you!"Sat us at a table that was open for most of the time.Two servers for the whole room. Service was slow.... Sloooooow. We orderes drinks and they took 15 min. We ordered appetizers they took 30 min. We ordered entrees and they took nearly a hour.The cheese curds and pulled pork earned the 1 star. They were amazing. The Cesar salad tasted like someone accidently dropped the whole bottle of sour dressing on some lettuce. Overpowering any other flavor. Forgot my protein.We couldn't believe how slow the service was. Even paying for the bill took 30min and the check was wrong. So that was another 10min. Another 10 to run our card.Overall we spent 3 hours here for overpriced drinks and walked hungry again.Cherry on top? I asked where the restroom was. It's not there, had to go downstairs. We discovered a huge mall of multiple restaurants with no wait and a huge variety of food.Eat downstairs, come up for a drink at the bar.
My husband and I had dinner here Monday night (5/16/22) for the first time. Our server, whose name is Eunice, was exceptional! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely wonderful. The food was very good also! I would recommend this venue absolutely!!

Worse service we have dealt with. Wanted a quick bite since me and the wife where exhausted. The waitress we had went out of her way to avoid us. Took 30 min between ordering apps then being able to order entrees. Then brought us a brunt hard pretzel and forgot parts of our main meal. No free refills on sodas here either $4 each small ice filled cup. We Saw the Manager as we where trying to get the waitress to come help us and he turned the other way.Will Never go back here
I do not advise opening up an account at this place. I opened up an account with $1,000 and placed one bet and won. The next time I tried to log into the account I couldn't get in. The employee that opened the account put my email address in wrong. I have tried 10+ times to contact someone to help and every time I get shuffled to another department. Not one person I contacted tried to help me or fix my problem. Now my $2,000 just sits in an account in which I have not access to. Very untrustworthy and feels like a scam at every turn. Go to the window at MGM and place your best live and avoid dealing with these people via an electronic account. This is a major SCAM. Avoid, avoid, avoid. As a side note, I can't believe Jamie Foxx would associate himself with this brand.
Opened account in January 2022 during matching of up to $1,000.00 Lost my matching bet but they had trouble posting my original deposit of $ 500.00. After several trips supervisor agreed but was only able to post $200.00 of my $500.00 original deposit. Countless emails later still out $300.00. Go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!’nn
SCAM! They walked me through the steps on how to set up the Bet MGM account. They allow you to deposit money into the account but wont give you your money when you win. I will be taking them to small claims court!!!! They did not even allow me to withdraw the money in person!!!!! Ive called multiple times over 3 weeks. THEY ARE A SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Let me start with the positive - this place has the makings for a top-notch sportsbook. Audio and video are fantastic and there is not a bad seat in the house. We had little trouble finding an open seat at the VLTs at the bar with only a 20 minute wait during the first NFL game on Sunday. Despite my next comment, we will be back! The issue is the bartenders, and to some degree, the wait staff in general. The bar-backs are just that, they can get you water but that is the extent of their direct service. Not a problem, the bartenders are there to provide the service - right? Well, it seems they are much more interested in watching the game and making laps around the bar while avoiding eye contact with patrons. Plenty of time to chat up the waitresses, but not once in the 14 hours we spent between Saturday and Sunday did ANYONE ask, "can I get you something". Not once. Every interaction was initiated my me or my wife and there was no sense of interest, no smiles, no thank you. After firing the entire squad, starting with the "manager" who allows this, I would guess that this could become a real hot-spot. Worthy of note, despite MGM masking mandates for staff, three of the 6 or so waitresses ever had their mask higher than under their nose - the entire time we were there.
Baby wedge salad and bay seasoning hot sauced wings were terrific. The atmosphere was first rate in the sports bar. Symphony was top shelf. Hope you get her as your server. The smoking section of the casino floor permeated the non smoking part. Yuk.
