Terrible service from the woman who answer the phone, looks like she is the owner I spoke to her in Spanish and English and she has the same attitude with me and she hung up the phone twice on me instead of fixing the problem, when they messed up the order….. no customer service at all

Women I placed my order with was very disrespectful she argued with me about a price when the Sunday special clearly said $11.99 She tried to over charge me an extra $5. Then the Chicken was not cooked all the way through. I will tell all my friends and family never eat or order from them ever again
Ordered through "Slice". Claimed they were leaving 20 mins after order was placed but even though I'm a mile away it took 1 hour 40 mins to get food. Called after an hour, had to speak to more than one person, they claimed it had already left, but they didn't even know what I had ordered, tried to tell me I had ordered something completely different, they had no idea, they were just lying. $50 worth of food arrived cold after close to 2 hours. I understand things happen, I HATE when restaurants lie to me, just say it's running long and I'm fine. Don't lie and say it just left and take another 40 mins to travel ONE mile. Subpar food for an extravagant wait.
I found them to be a bit overpriced for the food they're serving. I mean it's very basic pizza, nothing fancy. Their cheeseburger and soda combo is ridiculously expensive! $10??? They need to step up their game or lower prices. Their delivery guy knocked over a bunch of to go boxes while we were in the store and walked away without a care and the staff from inside came out and looked at us like they blamed us. Will not be going back here.UPDATE: 10/08/21 Their owner reached out to me and apologized for the bad experience and so I give them an additional star (total 2) because of their sincerity and effort to please their customers. May give them a second try.
Ordered dinner for the first time from here A spaghetti chicken parm dinner and a chicken soft tacoReceived spaghetti chicken parm dinner chicken tasted fresh yet the spaghetti was over cookedwish i could leave a review for the chicken soft taco but the call taker messed up my order and wrote down chicken parm sandwich which was what i received ? felt disappointed and didnt bother calling to complain because well after over an hour wait i didnt want to go through the hassle.mind you the call taker also messed up my phone numbermy advice repeat your order and number to make sure you receive what you want and paid for
Almost a 2 hr wait for delivery. Items missing / wrong items sent. Turkey sub 1 slice of turkey and cheese. Horrible food. They don’t answer the phone when trying to find out where your order is.
