The parking garage is well lit and clean. Entrance to the center was well marked and easily accessible. Bathrooms were clean. Food is is meh and expensive, but what do you expect from a generic food counter? The show we were there to see was ok, but the convention floor was big and clean.
Huge spot to handle all your convention/conference needs.Adjacent to AC Sheraton, walking distance to a lot of other casino hotels, 5 minute drive to basically all the others.NJ Transit ends/begins at the Center too, lots of parking on-site, more parking in nearby lots.2 minute walk to the AC outlet stores.
Awesome experience for National card convention. Parking was only issue. Huge space friendly staff.
Nice facility for a convention. Modern amenities and decent food options.
Been here several times for conventions and various shows... The staff is always very pleasant. The place is always clean....Parking SUCKS... Their garage fills up fast and so it's lot or street parking and you gotta hoof it..... Be prepared for that..$$
I agree with some reviewers that the fixtures in the rooms were definitely dated but otherwise, they were clean and tidy and did not impede on our much needed rest. The front desk was very busy during check-in but the staff managed the crowd efficiently and in a friendly manner. Even the housekeeper wished us a good day during our departure. I enjoyed seeing the Miss America memorabilia in the lobby and the hotel's proximity to the outlets and the boardwalk added to the enjoyment of our trip.
The AC Convention Center was great! Plentiful and we'll lit parking underground. All staff were very nice and helpful. Signage is easy to read. The entire place is extremely spacious for large events.
I give this hotel 4 stars mainly for the staff and my experience with their customer service. The hotel is in perfect location to the convention center but is in need of some upgrades. My son was playing basketball at the convention center so we were there for 3 nights. My stay was not without issues but the Night Staff Tammie and Security Sean (spelling), and the day Manager helped make my stay wonderful. Sean went above and beyond to keep me laughing during a very frustrating night at the hotel and helped me move my and my families items to the another room. I really appreciated his time, care, and concern for ensuring everything was perfect before he left and went back to his duty. At a time where customer service is lacking in many industries it was really nice to see that Tammie and Sean were still upholding the Marriott Standards. Sheraton is lucky to have them. I hope by the time I come back they have received the renovations they deserve because I would love to stay again. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch and it was complimentary depending on your elite status. The parking is accross the street at the convention center, if you do self parking, so make sure you drop your bags at the hotel upon check in, and then park your car. The restaurant attached, Tun Tavern, is mediocre. We really didn't enjoy the items we order. Not sure if that has anything to do with the Sheraton or not.
I was charged a $50 fee for my service animal after I advised the front desk that my pet was trained for a disability. I shared the ADA's website on service animals and specifically directed them to the Q & A section that pertained to my disability. They stated that my service dog was considered and emotional support animal and as such, the fee still applied. Extremely disappointed in Sheraton and will not be returning for this reason.
HORRIBLE Experience! I’ve been a Sheraton/Bonvoy member for over 20 years. I booked a club room because it offers breakfast, snacks, other amenities that we enjoy. First the room, which your paying a premium for any was dirty, the ceiling was a filthy yellow. The front entrance to the hotels revolving doors looked like a car smashed through it. There was no breakfast I found out, but a voucher to use at the Starbuin the lobby where all you. An get is a muffin. Normally not a big deal but this should have been noted ahead of time on the website. I wouldn’t have booked the room then knowing this. Never once was I greeted as a loyal member, as I have in all other Bonvoy hotels. Staff just doesn’t care. The fact that management has let this hotel turn into such a delapated state is mind boggling. Im actually think of going back to my credit card company and withhold payment because they didn’t deliver on anything that was promised. My advice, stay in one of the casino hotels. You’ll have a better experience. And as for this place, the only improvement would be a wrecking ball. Demolish and start over.
