The service was terrible.. Our server came to check on us when we were about done. I got the chicken parm dish. The sauce was watered down... .absolutely tasteless. I had to sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on every bite to have flavor..and adding the tip on the bill... I feel like that makes the server not care because they know regardless they are getting a tip with good service or not...
I don't write reviews very often but I felt the need to write this one. Food and drinks were over priced, service was terrible and they add a 19% service charge for a tip without telling you beforehand. I wouldn't have tipped her $15.77 she'd be lucky if I tipped $5. Your staff should check on their table a couple bites in not when they're almost done. We also waited 20 mins to get our bill and then another 20 mins for her to come take our payment. The bus boy worked harder than our waitress did.
The food here was very expensive. We had 4 appetizers as meals and the other 4 had burgers. We had like 6 alcoholic drinks our bill was almost $500 with tip. Crazy prices. Pub food at Gourmet prices. Food was bad just not worth the price. Prices like that I’ll go elsewhere. Atlantic City businesses should be trying to attract people not drive them away.
The filet and New York strip were cooked how we asked and tasted good. the crabs tasted old and watery. It was just my husband and I and our bill was $177. We each got a steak and water. They added a 19% service charge without saying anything prior!! It was additional $34 added to our bill. The server wasn’t that great. As soon as we mentioned the crabs tasting old and no good, she stopped checking on us. She only worried about her 1 other table. And then they charged me for using my card to pay! Never ever again. We have been to multiple high end high priced restaurants and never have been charged a “service fee” or for using my card. No wonder the place wasn’t busy.
Great place to enjoy some fresh seafood! We went on a Sunday evening, around 5pm and wasn’t busy. The restaurant opens at 4pm. There are plenty of free parking at the restaurant. The waitress was really nice and helpful. We ordered King crabs, Fried seafood platter and whole lobster. Market prices may vary for lobster and king crab. The seafood were extremely fresh and the food were excellent. They informed us that if you pay with credit card, there is a 4% fee charge so it would be better paying with cash. Overall, great place to have seafood and enjoy your time here.
The food was good, expensive as expected but they charge a service charge depending on how many in your party plus will do a charge if you use a credit card. All in all not bad though.
Good local seafood, but a bit pricey for me. The seafood platter was good but a lot of breading.
