I know that finding staff is hard however, this was not a good experience for us. It wasn't busy and there was plenty of staff hanging around. It took along time to order, drinks came separate and 10 minutes apart had to ask another waiter to get our drinks for us... We could see them on the bar... Our food arrived cold after waiting 30 minutes longer, had to be re-done... much better hotWe were there close to 2hrs..
Here’s the thing about franchises. Every time you go the food is always consistent. We got so tired of the Atlantic City Casino over priced food. On the way home we went to Applebee’s. I had my regular burger and my kids have their kids meal. It was consistent fresh and hot and we were very happy. Our waitress was wonderful as well it was very busy but the staff was great and had a seated right away.
Great food and service. Stopped in after shopping the outlets for my husband’s birthday lunch.Food came out fast and hot. Server was very friendly and attentive. Would go back and visit this Applebees location when in Ac.
First time trying Applebees in 5 years. Last I had it, it was gross and the server sucked so I never tried it again in the area I live. I'm down here for a convention with my mother and decided to try it out again. The people working are amazing, our server Richard was an angel. Wry pleasant, very efficient and very engaging. Loved his vibe, loved the food, if you come here and get him as a server your experience will be amazingggg.
Food good ,service excellent and free parking . The wings had a lil too much sauce and the spinach dip wasn't hot enough. The server gave us every new and continued to check up on us through out our meal . Very welcoming staff and clean tables and very clean bathrooms .
Great location for people visiting the Convention Center, the staff were very professional. Rachel H - who served our table was awesome.
Server was excellent and so was the service. My problem was the A1 sauce. I ordered a steak and I had to ask for A1 sauce. When the waitress brought it to the table it was in a to go little dipping sauce container as if it was for a child. After I poured that on my steak it clearly wasn’t enough not only that, but the consistency of the steak sauce was watery. So I asked her could she bring the whole bottle to the table and she notified me that she wasn’t allowed to. Food was great but if I can’t have REAL STEAK SAUCE with my steak they shouldn’t even have steak on the menu.
Walker Hayes special. Steak was cooked to order but lacked seasoning. Nothing bad nothing great. The server was definitely on point though!
I got fish and chips with steamed broccoli and fries. The fries were very good. The broccoli was ok. Fish and chips were delicious. I had a strawberry banana smoothie which was also good. All the food came pretty quick.
We were seated right away. Our waitress was very friendly, pleasant, and outgoing. Great service. My only gripe was that I ordered the quesadilla burger and it came with onions. I'm not an onion person lol. Also Oreo milkshake wasn't to my liking. But overall the food was great. I'd definitely recommend this Apple Bee's if you're ever in Atlantic City.
