Would have given 5 stars if we had a nicer waitress. The food was delicious! Honestly probably the best chicken Parm I've ever had. My family all had steaks and they were superb. It's unfortunate the waitress, "Shy", had an abrasive personality. She had no patience with questions we asked about the food on the menu. Was not very personable whatsoever. Made several rude comments. Would return for the food but if we had her as our waitress again we would leave.
My kids and I had a ball celebrating my birthday here! It was like Cheers! Friendly customers sang Happy Birthday, and continued to wish me one all night! The bartender "Ema" was the best!! The Happy hour free meatballs, awesome, the $5.00 Happy Hour treats and drinks, in with the friendly atmosphere made my birthday so much fun!!
If you're looking for and authentic old school Italian place, look no further. Went there on recommendations for the meatballs and Martini happy hour, and couldn't have been more impressed. We stayed for dinner, and everything was absolutely delicious. Great service, great food, great times! Highly recommended
Hands down, best restaurant in Atlantic City. The staff, Emma, Jonathan, Victor, Tony, Jamie are superb at what they do. Emma served us along with Jonathan. They delivered the best customer service, they were knowledgeable, so friendly and funny. Everyone there, including Allen the owner, took care of us.Thr food: PERFECT. Every member of our group (5 of us) had something different and everyone was blown away by how good our meals were. Even if you don't care about phenomenal customer service, you need to come here for the food.
We went here for the first time last week on an impromptu date night and it was wonderful.A very cozy and welcoming taverna with sizeable bar and lounge is how it is best described. The service was superbly friendly and very timely. The menu is definitely old school Italian and the Bruschetta is AMAZING!Pasta was freshly made to order, as it should be. Eggplant Rolatini was among the best on the Island so far.And the perfect end to the meal was the Peanut Butter Pie... fair warning, it's so rich one slice is enough for two.Thank you Angeloni's!
This used to be the best place for calamari and great bartenders, now the calamari is like rubber balls and the bartender and waitress are the most rude and obnoxious. Food was fair at best bread was cold from the refrigerator, which was and extra charge mentioned very rudely. Such a shame this was a thursday regular for us, not anymore.
Great little place hugged into town service and folks were really nice will come again when I'm back in town.
In an area of old Atlantic City where some of the businesses seem a tad run down or out of date, sits this little gem. Excellent Italian food at somewhat reasonable prices served with a large side salad and good crusty Italian bread. Add an attentive and friendly server and you will be happily surprised that you had eaten there. Don't miss it
Good meal with family, food was tasty had the chicken Parm and clam casino ??. Price is not too bad, $67 per person for our group of 12 with drinks.
Hand down a phenomenal experience. Not only was the food top notch, but the waitress was personable and made the experience even better! The rest of the staff were friendly and the food came out quick. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone looking for some top notch Italian cuisine in a place that feels like home.
