Good food. Great staff. Definitely will be back soon.
My first time here was horrible. The food is decent, and that’s me being nice. There is no customer service and the place is very much disorganized and filthy. If you want a good check on how things are just check their public restroom. Absolutely disgusting. There is mold and holes in the walls. There was some employe clothes around the towel dispensers…yeah. Don’t get me started on the urinal. The place kind of wreaks and isn’t customer oriented. They do work but their demeanour isn’t appreciative.
Dumb employees. Don’t know how to take an order. Terrible management. Got a messed up pizza and gave terrible customer service. Did not even offer a pizza for their mistake.
When you enter, there's seating to the right, and the kitchen/grill/pizza station to your left, with a glass case displaying assorted cheesecake and pie slices. The restrooms are located in the corridor between the seating & kitchen area to the back. The place to order is located on the left, towards the back. Closer to the soda refrigerators. I ordered a slice of pizza and a soda, as well as my companion. The pizza came out of the oven quickly, and was given to us on plates in a box. Where we were encouraged to dine in or take out. We chose to dine in, and sat in a booth. We added condiments to the pizza, that was located on the side of the grill.Upon my first bite, I knew the pizza was cooked earlier in the day, as it was dry, and too crispy. It was not the worst slice I've had, that was older, and reheated. Yet, it was old and reheated & they do a lot of business, so you'd expect them to have at least a pie that was fresh for dine-in customers. I also ordered a slice of cheesecake. Although it was creamy & tasty, the size was very small. Not at all justifying the price of $3.75.They seem to do a great take out/ delivery business, and are extremely busy. Which leads me to believe the phone orders take precedence over dine in orders. Thus,, me receiving an older slice. There were a few diners, but most of the business appeared to be delivery or takeout. Also, there were a few to go patrons scattered throughout my time there. Turnover rate was quick in takeout and dine in, and the phone's were constantly ringing with orders.I wouldn't recommend it if you're getting a couple of slices, or a slice of cheesecake.
The food was amazing everything came out great will order again. When I’m back in town lady at front taking orders was very nice
I had it lasagna I feel like I was robbed lots of burned mozzarella cheese and tiny portion and cold bread and the cashier fixed and prepared Lasagna while not at register used no gloves
Food is average...prices little high was disappointed with the chicken tenders expensive and small ..I prefer Chelsea pizza bigger better cheaper
The food was good, $20 for a large cheesesteak is crazy.. only thing I'm nit picking is I said just ketchup and mayo on it they put lettuce on it as well
I have going to this place for years and the food was made to order it was good and hot. 2 weeks ago I ordered food there and got back to the hotel. The food was pre cooked and cooked again before I got it. I was totally disappointed pre cooked chicken does not taste good. I was wondering why I got my food in 5 minutes instead of 12 minutes.
I truly enjoyed and appreciated the food at AC Popa Pizza. You can watch your food being cooked. And you know that the food is fresh and well prepared. I've eaten here for decades. When I had a business up the street from AC Popa Pizza I was in the restaurant at least three times a week. If I could I'd just move in to the restaurant! AC Popa Pizza rocks!
