Reasonably priced in Asbury! The menu has a nice variety to please most palates; the food is delicious; the portions are generous. Our waitress was friendly, the food came quickly... we'll be back! We had the tamale (seasonal item) and corned beef hash eggs Benedict. There were a lot of Benedict options.

With all the good reviews, it's unfortunate that we had a disappointing meal and experience. Pancakes taste weird and chewy but French toast was really good. Early morning wait staff was confused by an order substitution and forgot part of a meal. Also, they were very cheap with giving out the napkins
We were pretty disappointed because we walked from the beach all the way to another establishment in the area. We had been to the other place twice before and didn't realize they were closed on Tuesdays. I googled breakfast places and found this one and saw it had good reviews. Looking over the menu I didn't see anything that really stood out to me but decided to order something I like in general. I got the special with 2 eggs, toast, home fries, corned beef hash and an iced coffee. My daughter got french toast and my sons got bacon, egg and cheese on a hard roll. EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD! My entire meal was awesome! My kids enjoyed everything! I wasn't sure if it was going to be "anything special" but it really was! It was such a good breakfast! We were all happy we went there! I've ordered what I had at other places but this was the best. Service was great and efficient! Definitely recommend and now when we're in the area we have another breakfast choice!

Was checking out Life in Asbury Park and ran across this little gem of a cool joint.The server was professional with a warm smile. My lunch was delicious, healthy and oh so reasonable.Mmmm
So delighted to find this quaint, delightful breakfast place while visiting Asbury Park. Staff were friendly and efficientThe menu items are amazingly delightful - you want to try many of them. Since we were traveling, we thought it best to stick to basics & went for the buttermilk pancakes that were beyond delicious! So happy we found this delight! Thank you Chat & Nibble for finishing off our time in Asbury!
Needed to grab a quick bite before heading on the road and stopped here. The food was good and service was great. The coffee was amazing ! Nice quiet small place, kid friendly too.
Good diner food. Service was very slow as diner was overcrowded and not enough people working. Waiter apologized and was friendly when we got the chance to see him. ....."Forgiven" .....as times are tough, these days. We're coming back.
