Good Milkshakes, horrible service, high prices
Total tourist trap rip off and lying workers. The teenage worker told us he would split one ice cream among our toddlers because they can't eat an entire $5 ice cream. Yet when it came to check out we got charged $20. He was working at 4 pm on Thursday June 24. The lying pric should be fired.
The lady who said Ralph’s Italian ice isn’t good can take a walk. Ralphs Italian ice makes my summer they much better. Also I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff, I’d imagine having a boatload of beach goers makes your forearm feel like jello. Cheers
Terrific flavors & cream ice!
The ice cream was awesome. Very smooth and creamy. Also had the twister with vanilla and pina colada creme ice. It was so refreshing on a hot day. Line is usually long but keep in mind it’s usually the whole family rather than one person with an order so it moves quick. Very friendly.
Naya at Ralph's in Asbury Boardwalk is wonderful. I have brought my special needs camp there for the last 2 years and she has been patient and kind to everyone in our group. It will be an annual trip for us after the Silverball Museum from now on. Congratulations on running a great business. Five stars
Came here and the lady was so rude. Their Italian ice isn’t that great and it’s expensive for no reason. Definitely do not recommend.
