Food is always good. But called to place an order, was told “we don’t take orders over the phone.” Walked in zero customers. Come on, really? And 15 cents for a bag to safely carry out the order? I’m sure you have answers and a clever response but just fix it please?
I have been going here on and off for years, and recently it seemed like the place was running so smoothly and cleaner than usual. I met the new manager, I think her name was Laura or Lisa or something with an L. She made sure that my bowl was made perfectly, and clearly had the place running top notch. I have been in a few times in the past week, and she seems to be nowhere to be found, and it shows. I hope she is not gone! That would be a huge loss!

Ordered from here before and it was great! Ordered the second time and they delivered it to the wrong location! I asked to be expedited when DoorDash said they will redeliver it - they then canceled my order twice!
Amazing! Love playa and this location did a great job when I went the other day! They really load up the toppings here and peanut butter!

this location is absolutely horrible. the manager has no control over the staff. the staff are terrible, disrespectful, and dont do their job. i had to wait so long for my order and had to listen to the annoying staff the entire time. i waited for an ordered online that was so late i didnt even want it anymore. double thumbs down
I am a regular customer and love the freehold location. Went to Asbury location and never been treated so terribly. my food was 20 mins late even though i did a pick up order and the staff was rude and loud and the manager could not control them. it was a terrible experience. i would have walked out but i had already paid with a card online. it really ruined part of my day. your employees at that location are unbelievably unprofessional and immature.
