Only drive through today very slow service. My husband was in line for a half hour. In addition, you can’t use the restroom. If you can’t get help, maybe you should consider closing your doors.

That place at 316 n broadway in Salem nh was so gross trash was full and over flowing tables were dirty and where u got your soda was so so disgusting. To bad u can’t post pictures of it

I placed an order inside and noticed that every surface area in the kitchen was dirty, greasy and grimy as if it isn't cleaned regularly if at all and I also got yelled at for receiving the wrong item and asking for the correct one. The drive thru is always backed up during busy hours so you can expect to sit in line for an average of 3 minutes per car. I said my farewells to this location and won't be returning.

App says mobile order is available inside, says mobile order is available for dine in. Get there after placing my order thinking I could go in and pick it up only to have all the doors locked. Called the store and they said the dining room is closed and that you can't pick up your orders. Asked if they bring them out to the parking spots labeled for mobile orders. Apparently they don't do that either. So now the only option is to wait behind 15+ cars in the drive thru. Thus that completely 1000% defeats the purpose of a mobile order. There is absolutely nothing faster this way... There is also zero reason the dining room should be completely locked. If you don't want people eating inside say that.

This one doesn’t look like Dave’s Single at all… very disappointed with this restaurant.

They have 20 Employees working there and there drive through is always backed up and they give you the wrong order / food just a bunch of kids talking and playing around not paying attention to the customers.

kind of a long story but I feel as though people need to be aware that this is happening Can't believe..... So went through Wendy's drive through around 8:25pm last evening ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger drove up to second window first window was closed he let me no the total I handed him a $20 bill and he handed me my food and then handed me my change back i took a quick peek at it 3 ones and a 10 i scratch my head and said to my husband "is that a $7 Burger?" I noticed that I only had received $13 in change back. I had to honk my horn for the gentleman with the dark curly/wavy hair to come back and I said "how much is a junior bacon cheeseburger?" and without even asking us what was wrong he said "oh yes sorry" and turned to the register and grabbed the $5 bill sitting on the counter. I had this weird feeling that I was purposely short changed just by the way everything went down. he definitely didn't make change from my 20 and then put my change down on the counter and then pick it back up and accidentally leave a five-dollar bill behind .so just be sure you count your money at this establishment before you leave that window!!! if there's a line don't be quick to rush off count your change. I can't believe how many times that i have gone through a drive-thru and just stuck the change into my purse without even taking a look at it having this happen definitely makes it worthwhile to take a second and look. But hey accidents happen if they have somebody working the register that is absent-minded incompetent or maybe their fingers are just a little bit too sticky to be handling people's funds maybe they should consider to reconsider him for that job.thank you for reading I hope this post keeps this sort of thing from happening to other people not only here but in any other establishment

Ordered online and paid. Walked in and waited and waited. They were serving the folks in the drive through and didn’t get my PAID order until drive through was done .. food cold and fry’s not crispy for sure. Tried to answer o email on how my experience was .. got error message… didn’t workNot the old Wendy’s I knew and loved lol

Soda machine had no ice and soda was pee warm, and they forgot one of our fries, and my baconator sandwich had so much mayonnaise on it

Trash, closed early, with no warning, updated their google hours a few days ago and was false, cashier was rude... smh...
