they had a staff of four working yesterday's (5/19/22) lunch rush, that resulted in my mobile order being delayed from 12:30 to 1:08. which would be borderline fine - been there done that, i get it!except:1. they were exclusively prioritizing drive-thru orders being placed in real time, and we all had to ask several times to get them to work the mobile orders which were placed in advance2. the manager on duty (~5'3" woman with septum piercing) was extremely rude and unprofessional to several patrons. when a customer asked her about his order that he waited 30 minutes for, she waved her hand in his face and yelled at him about how stressed she was. she then returned to the back, and we could hear her yell "i want all these --- customers out of my lobby". a customer asked for her supervisor, and she stated that the area manager was out indefinitely, and that there was no way to contact them.i was told by two other people waiting for mobile orders, that this type of experience is par for the course at this location.to the associates working for her: i strongly recommend finding another job, because unpleasant folks like her are not magically going to become good, kind people. you deserve to work for someone who is a model employee and has an even temperament under pressure.

Dont waste your time or money…. I’m serious. What a disappointment.. several times I’ve wanted to write a review, but felt too compassionate, but after this last time, I think it’s important.First off, the drive through line was at a standstill on a Tuesday night after the dinner rush.. by the time my car got to the speaker, 3+ cars left the line simply because no one inside seemed to care at all. When I got to the spot to make my order, the woman told me that she wanted a 30min break, so she wouldn’t serve me. So, now I had spent 20mins in line only to be told she wasn’t going to serve me anyway. The last few times I stopped in, they have had their employees having a ball inside, yet could care less about the customers. But what gets me the most is it’s not just that, but you’ll wait in line for a long time only to be turned away, not because they’re closed, but simply because someone doesn’t want to work. Not sure if this is Taco Bell corporate’s fault for not paying their employees enough to work to some standard, or if the current manager isn’t doing a good job managing the store.. whatever the issue, they need some help at this store. It didn’t ruin my day, but it does cause me to think twice before going there or suggesting it to others.

Just ordered a #7 meal from here just 30 minutes ago which was a chicken quesadilla and a soft taco. I get home to see that the 12.37 meal I just paid for is literally just 1 taco. 1. No quesadilla. So 12 dollars for 1 soft taco. Then I go to eat the 12 dollar taco and it had lettuce in it which I clearly asked no lettuce and the receipt even said no lettuce! So I got the wrong taco and was missing my ENTIRE MEAL! FOR $12 I would recommend going to this Taco Bell if you want to be served by workers who barely speak English or speak 0 English at all to “make your order” maybe the Salem Taco Bell should invest in a college program since they employ workers who clearly can’t read or write English correctly. Will never be going to this location again this is the third time in 2 weeks my order was missing items or was incorrect.

Cold hard didn't add ketchup that was requested park me 20 minutes while 4 cars after me in drive though came and went by request of manager young men were great polite and pleasant

This place is up and down. Its sometimes randomly closed. Sometimes the drive through takes forever, other times its quick. My last visit, there are 4 cars ahead of me. It took 25 minutes to get to the window. I got my food and went home only to find they forgot 1/2 my order. Yes, I should have checked the bag but at that point I was frustrated and just wanted to get home.

I had to wait 31 minutes for an order I placed for two people to be filled. This is a time when there was no one else in the dining area. I find that amount of time completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. I actually stopped in because I had to get some food quick before and evening work meeting. Choosing to stop at this Taco Bell made me late for my work meeting. Last time I make that mistake

1/23/22 just went to the drive thru at 9:40 pm and Google and the Taco Bell app says they close at 10pm. All the lights are on inside and even the light for the ordering menu. But nobody answered when we said Hello and we waited forever. At least turn the lights off if you’re going to pretend you’re closed.

Google showed they open at 10am today and when i got there they we're sending everyone away for that one whole hour because they said they we're closed and they will open at 11am. Waste of a drive. Your better of going somewhere else that's on point.

Went through the drive thru on my break when I got back to work my food was not all in the bag. I wasn't going to go in since I had other negative experiences at this location in the past. Should have gone to McDonald's instead.

Ordered delivery through door dash at 5:15. Delivery time said a little over an hour so I ordered early so it would get here when I wanted it no big deal. They accepted my order 30 mins later and I waited over a hour and a half while 2 different drivers accepted the ordered and waited. The third driver calls me after speaking with taco bell staff. They told him they don't do delivery after 6pm. The driver was just as confused as me. They refused to give the driver the order they accepted and they charged me for. They should have cancelled my order instead of keeping drivers waiting and then turning them away even though they still have my money, order and a driver to deliver it. So the kind driver Raafet said he would wait till I called them just incase they would still give him the order. No luck, they took their phone off the hook. Completely ridiculous. Waited all that time which I stated I was aware of the hour wait just to have to cancel my order. From reading the other reviews these people should go in there and replace and train new staff.
