I ordered a Venti Iced Latte today and got no Espresso in it :(

Very good!!! Tried this location for the first time the other day. They made my coffee perfect. The Starbucks at the Loop is horrible they never make my coffee right! But this place made it great. And they are so sweet when I drive thru. Thumbs up! Keep up the great work.

Normally I don’t go to Starbucks located in Targets because of the lack of employees and long wait times. And that’s not their fault and I don’t fault them for it. The employees are typically very nice every rare chance I choose to stop at this one. Today was the usual one person stand with long wait times, again not a problem. I ordered two Strawberry Lemonade Refreshers, one in a tall with light ice and the other a venti with no ice. The tall came out fine, which is good because it was for my mother, but the venti was not. The barista decided that she would only make the typical amount you would put in if you were getting ice. I didn’t say anything because I just got off work and just wanted to go home and relax. When I ordered, and paid, for a venti; I received, in reality, the amount of a grande (and that’s being generous). I always order this drink with no ice and have never come across a problem such as this. I am not only appalled by the lack of drink, but the taste was down the drain as well. If tasted like watered down lemonade. This has officially become the first Starbucks I will not be returning to.

The people that were working were really nice, but the location needs to realize they are a Starbucks and need to have more than 2 employees working. Should not take 25 min for myself and the 3 people in front of me to get coffee. I understand staffing might be tight because of covid, but two people just seems crazy. 3 three coffees my party order were also incorrect.

I don’t know who does the ordering for this location, but they should be fired! Every time I go there They are always out of ingredients to make anything! The staff is rude and won’t tell you they are out of something that your drink needs until after you’ve ordered and waited for it! Not to mention always having to wait 10 minutes in line! If you’re going to have one cashier then you should have mobile orders! I don’t even know how this location can operate when they have maybe half of what they need to function!

Didn’t have any of the ingredients for the food!

Today was my first time at this location. The employees were working hard, training what appeared to be a new employee, and still made sure everyone’s order was done as quickly as possible. You could tell that behind their face masks, they did it all with a smile and that made my day.I rarely write any reviews.. but these employees not only did their job, but they exceeded the standard! Nice job guys!

Last night around 7pm I ordered the pumpkin cream cold brew with my sister. They ran out of cold brew but the barista made it for us with iced coffee and a shot of espresso. It was AMAZING thank you so much!!! We loved it. I wish I got the baristas name because she was so nice and made amazing drinks!!!! Thank you!!

Great and clean. Employees are friendly and sociable. Coffee is great, check it out.
