This place was awful! I'd give it 0 (or less) stars if I could. The digital menu signs were off. I had to grab a to go menu. Then they were out of sweet potato fries. After I placed my order, the cashier walked up to me to tell me they were out of two items from my order. The cashier didn't know how to do a refund, so she was texting the manager. Then I had to wait for the manager to drive to the restaurant to get a full refund. As I type this, I'm still st the restaurant waiting for the manager to give me some paperwork to prove they refunded my $39 order! I would recommend skipping this place. Finally, I got my receipt proving my refund.
My son and his friends are loving the pizza as I type. They keep saying this pizzas so good!
Decided to give them a try. I ordered a steak bomb first thing it was two dollars more than the menu prices and they also charged me an additional 1.25 for cheese.. cheese is one of the ingredients in a steak bomb why do they charge extra. They had already charged 13.50 then add another 1.25 I don't know what they cooked it with or if it was a dirty grill but it had a strange taste to it. I do not recommend this place
If I could leave zero stars I would. Recently moved back to Salem & was happy to be able to order here again & somehow they never have anything in stock, decided to give them another shot & again after paying for my order, 1 item not in stock I said ok no problem & then proceeded to wait over a hour for my food to be delivered only to be called again & told “oh well we cant make this either what do u want to do…” I understand there are shortages but this is ridiculous place has fallen to ground…my advice to anyone is to order from anyone else in the town because the only thing they have in stock is pizza & they cant get that right either.
Drop everything you sell that all the reviews are one and two stars including the cutlets and PUSH YOUR PIZZA! It's the best I've had in 20 years! This place should be called "JUST PIZZA"
Royal has become our new go to spot for a while now. My son has a dairy allergy and they are so accommodating. Every time I order (I know my order is annoying) but they are so nice and make it to perfection every time. He went years without pizza prior to us finding this gem. Foods great, people are great. Glad they are in town. I have been meaning to do this but if you have not given them a try do it!
We ordered a couple of steak and cheese subs and a steak bomb. They weren’t toast. They were cold. And the steak bomb didn’t even have cheese! Like where’s the cheese man? Only positive thing I can say was at least the bread was fresh. All other sub shops I’ve ordered a steak and cheese or steak bomb from ALWAYS toasts the bread. You should have at least asked if we wanted them toasted.
3rd time tonight I’ve tried ordering food here. I’m told to please hold them sit on the line for over 5 minutes then I hang up and call another sub shop. Don’t waste your time!
After our kids watched over the counter them tossing dough in the store they became motivated to toss pizza of their own. They politely let us know they sell pizza kits to make your own pizza. They include dough, sauce and cheese in a box. Our kids had SO much fun tossing their own dough. If you are looking for a family fun activity in the comfort of your own home I highly recommend pizza night! Thank you Royal Cutlets!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The inconsistency in this place is going to kill them! This is my small cutlet, and husbands cordon blue cutlet. His was supposed to have bacon. This is sad. We ordered two weekends ago and the subs were stuffed and looked amazing. It’s going to be hard to order from again after this.
