So done with this pizza place. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and had it delivered. It was so salty as if someone dumped salt all over it. We called and this women was condescending and was like sorry but that’s the way our pizza is we don’t have salt at our stations then she offered to make us a new one with a “different” sauce or refund us. We said make new one please. This was at 8:30pm. It is now 10pm and we still have not received our pizza and we called again but the place is closed! We had kids to feed who were waiting to eat and go to bed. This place has by far the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life. I’ll never ever order from this place ever again! I will be calling for my refund tomorrow!
Papa Ginos has been in the same spot since I moved to Salem 40 yrs. ago. We've always enjoyed their pizza and subs. eat in or take out. Personally the original recipe was better, but it's still our favorite pizza in the area. Their breadsticks are delish too! We usually only get takeout so I can't be sure about answering the questions accurately.
These guys are great! They get my pizza right every time!
Papa Gino's by far the best pizza around. So many of them closed a few years ago we're fortunate that Salem wasn't one of them.
Fond memories of my dad taking me for pizza as a kid and the great taste still brings back awesome memories. Still great pizza 40 years later
I had outstanding service here! The gentleman named Kevin at the front was such a gem! So kind, friendly, and he also makes a mean pizza! 10/10 I’d go there to see Kevin again and his wicked good pizzas.
After a long day, a young man named Kevin greeted me and made me feel right at home. The food was delicious, hot, and you could tell they put their hearts into it. I haven't been to Papa Ginos in years and it ended up being just what I needed
My sister and I stopped in for lunch, service and food was amazing! The gentleman helping us named Kevin was so friendly and nice. I hope this facility takes care of their employees because he is a keeper!!! Will be back again.
Kevin the manager is awesome he always makes sure I have hot fresh breadsticks there my favorite!
