This happened just now. This place is disgraceful. My wife and I went there earlier today so my wife could grab a sandwich and soup separately and we get home to realize they gave her half a sandwich so okay, mistakes happen. We call and they offer to provide us with a new one. My ever-so-patient wife goes back to get another one (without consideration of recouping our gas we used) and as she returns home she realizes they missed 2 ingredients on her sandwich. These people do not pay attention and I am never going back here. Awful experience, awful customer service. All around awful experience.
The orders are always correct. The staff will bend over backwards to make sure the customers are happy. The food is fresh, soooooo good ❣️

Complaints about the cost of Panera aside… this location was awesome today. There were so many orders coming in and out and the workers were cheery and bright! I recommend this Panera location completely.
The food mostly came out fine until my family noticed that we were missing a sandwich. We have tried to contact them more than TWICE! The customer service SUCKS. This is absolutely unacceptable. Dear managers and facilities members PICK UP THE *******PHONE WHEN SOMONE IS CALLING YOU. Your lucky I even gave you three stars. Also make sure to check your orders before you leave. Also Panarea employees please CHECK THE ORDERS!!!!!
the madagascar vanilla almond milk cold brew is amazing! and you can veganize the mediterranean sandwich by getting it on ciabatta with no feta and its delicious! best bread I've ever had! would be 5 stars but sometimes our order is wrong (but its understandable, they get busy and they're always polite)
I ordered soup 7:20 pm it was supposed to be delivered by 8 pm. 8:05 I called the store, they put me on hold for 15 min and then cancelled my order. I used to go to Panera all the time, but this is ridiculous.
