I order from the Salem location all the time. I love the online order because it’s super easy and you don’t have to wait in line. HOWEVER, I am currently very upset because this is the second time I have found a full long hair in the middle of my ice cream. Not the first, the second in only a two month period. The first time I let it slide because I understand things happen but this time I just can’t. The girls need to have their hair up in a bun or a hairnet not a loose ponytail. I called but just got a voicemail. Hopefully they will get back to me.
Jay Gee's is a great ice cream place! The portions are VERY large - I always bring a tupperware to hold the extra. The ice cream is delicious and there's a nice place to sit outside.
