I have been getting coffee here for almost 20 years. Coffee does not taste consistent on a daily basis anymore. One day it tastes bitter. One day they put skim milk instead of the cream. another day, it is so bitter I cant drink it. Then one day out of the week, I get the perfect coffee. At over $3 for a cup of coffee, it should taste the same every day. Lately I have noticed them conversing about whatever happened the night before or something, having a good ole time, hand you your coffee still talking or joking with another employees. Or they are just paying more attention to their cell phones than you. Really makes me feel important.
Dropped my money and made me get out to get it, run by kids

I really hate to come on and be negative, I will say who ever took my order through the drive through was very nice and has great customer service, but every single time I go here my order is messed up or so burnt I can’t even eat it. I get it’s fast food but I have worked in a dunks and as a customer I would rather wait another minute and have you remake my burnt food or listen to what I’m saying then get home or to work with food I paid for that I cannot even eat. Again I’m sorry to come out and be negative, the workers are very nice but to constantly waste my money is aggravating, I get making mistakes but constantly I am disappointed with my order. I recommend taking extra time, making sure that what the customer is paying for is worth it. Anyone would rather wait another minute to have quality food from your establishment
I visit different Dunks throughout the day. Good and not so good. This one is on pount and has never got my order wrong.
This place was good for a long time, but not any longer!!Can't seem to make your coffee correctly.These days you have to pay extra for an Expresso shot in order for your iced coffee to actually taste like coffee, and that gets forgotten almost every time, so you end up with a large iced coffee that tastes like milk and ice. They certainly don't forget to charge you for the additional Expresso shot though.$5 for a large iced coffee, I expect it to taste like #$&%#$# coffee.... even just a little.If you like iced coffee that tastes like milk and ice.... This is the place to go . But, if you like coffee that actually tastes like coffee..... Then go to Starbucks!!!
I love Dunkin’ as much as the next person, but my most recent experience with this location was not ideal. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese croissants, two egg and cheese wake up wraps and two orders of hash browns and did not receive any hash browns. The receipt on the bag had the order correct but I came home to missing items. Very upsetting.
Not the best dunkin experience at this particular location. Donuts were stale, told we weren't allowed to ask for specific donuts when ordering a dozen.
