First time I have ever had someone complain about helping me at the window because it was COLD out - I honestly can't believe this happened.I had a free beverage on my app this morning and when I had gotten to the window the girl with blue hair (don't know her name) told me "its not working - it says you already used it." Confused, I looked at her and asked what she meant. She responded with "I don't know what to say, we don't own the app." (ok then.) I refreshed the app and opened it up again in front of her to find that the free beverage coupon was still in there and after scanning the second time it still didn't work. She responded with "I don't know what you want me to say." So I asked if the manager could look at it and she rolled her eyes at me - I made a comment about her most obvious eye roll and she responded like she was having a tantrum and said "I really don't know what you want me to do - like - its cold!!"...no words honestly, I'm just shocked.The manager didn't do anything either and I ended up paying for my free coffee which is now conveniently no longer showing in my app after they scanned it 3 times. I've actually never gone out of my way to write a bad customer review before on google but this was was too unreal to pass up. Nice customer service.

Its Christmas day. Sent my husband to go get donuts, croissant sandwich, and couple of iced coffees driving on icy roads to get there. The kid at the drive through was the rudest kid. One of the coffees had a lemon put on the sticker which was not part of the coffee ordered so my husband questioned the kid and the kid snapped back at him saying does it look like theres a lemon in the coffee??!! I will NEVER go back to that dunks again! Rude!!!!

My order is usually messed up, and items forgotten. Honestly, I've lost more money than I have consumed. If I need something here, I usually order in small batches (1-2 items) anymore than that, and it's missing.

This was first time visiting this dunkin site. .We went in the afternoon. The girl who took our order completely messed it up. Asked for a caramel latte, but she didnt put any caramel in it. My husband asked for a regular cold coffee, it was made so hard that he had to throw most of it away. Waste of money. They should really employ well trained staff at this location.

Fast service, nice staff

Very slow service, while in line in lobby 5 people waiting to be waited on ,customers on pick up side orders either not complete when ordering on line ,the other customers also was missing donuts and other products they order.Poor mangerment no team work it sad this place customers service went down hill .there were 7 employees there and still really bad services not getting customers coffee or drink correct .Check your order if you go there expect to wait a long time .Good luck .

They improved the app so a bunch of glitches/lack of functionality in making custom orders was fixed and I can now tell it I want 4 Blueberry flavoring and 4 vanilla swirl for sweetness instead of automatically getting 1 blueberry (which barely even would provide a blueberry nuance). Let's just say the app ordering process has been drastically improved. HOWEVER I was offered and purchased half my order and the location said they haven't even had lemonade with strawberry Boba flavor balls for about a month and it was one of their featured items on the app. They gave me a plain unsweetened tea without even going over it with me because an app order paid with Google Pay can't be simply refunded. (Its true it can't be done but maybe I could have chosen an iced coffee instead because there was no way I wanted that tea.)

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area... coffees always take an extended amount of time to actually get out and always taste bad??? i’ve literally never had a positive experience here half the time the lobby is closed for absolutely no reason in the middle of the day and during the other half of the day nobody’s actually working in the front

Typically out of cold brew. Last time I came I asked first if they had some and they said yes. I ordered a large sweet cold foam cold brew with less foam and no ice. I got the drink after about a minute and it had a ton of cream in it which I didn’t ask for. I waited seven minutes in front of the window for them to come back with my drink as I ordered it. The truck behind me was angry they abandoned their order and drove off.
