Why can't anyone make coffee right? It's not complicated.......I worked there I KNOW HOW EASY THAT JOB IS!!!!!!! YET STILL they can't even make regular coffee correct I don't want my coffee how YOU LIKE IT! I want it how I LIKE IT!!!!??!!!!??? Which is just normal, fml you don't even have to measure anything it pre-measured, so why is it my coffee is almost never made right, and why is it that you get mad when I make you fix it,and it actually comes out right the 2nd time around wich tells me you didn't make it how I asked the 1st time you made it how you wanted to. It's not like you where slammed I won't even bother at ANY Dunkin that is slammed....but I'm the only customer and you either don't listen or idk.....and I'm sick of paying for turbo shots that never make it into my husband's coffee ......I shouldn't have to pay for an extra cup for turbo on the side....I only order it that way cuz it's not right to pay nearly $7 for 1 coffee that is missing the $3 turbo shot!

Drive thru cashier was impatient/rude when I has to make another choice because they were out of what i wanted. There was no line (which is the only reason I stopped).

Don’t understand how a Dunkin’ Donuts could mess up so many times on one order. They mess up constantly but 3 on one order?????? Are you kidding me.

They randomly closed without turning off the lights or putting up a sign. I waited in the drive through for about 15 min as each car in front of me gave up. I waited because it looked like they were ordering and it was just taking a while.I completely understand the shortage of workers. This is different. Someone was inside watching people lined up and did nothing. It would have taken 3 minutes to make and hang a sign.

Really bad attitude, no work ethic. Not friendly. I threw coffee away, wasted money, don't go here and maybe they'll be less and stressed with less work and nicer to future customers i guess. Made me feel awful for her error. People have no compassion and treat people so bad and I was and am always friendly.

Outrageous. Store is open. People inside and a line of cars in the drive thru. We waited 5 minutes at the microphone, and then pulled around . Sat at the window as workers watched us sitting there and not doing a thing. Every, and this is not an exaggeration, of your properties i have received horrible service.

Service was great! They helped recreate my favorite iced vanilla spiced Chai tea (the old way).

I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts to try to get a coffee they were very rude and refuse my service inside. They told me that I had to go to the drive-through I have no car to go to the drive-through I am from out of town with no car. What so I walked out of Dunkin’ Donuts and proceeded to go to another store on foot if you want bad service go there I fell that with the lack of employees made the service go wAy down hill .

Good mix of stores and food court eateries. Masks recommended.

Terrible just Terrible. How do you mess up a an on the go order. You just read a ticket. Additionally if you don't have something that was ordered you tell the customer and offer something else. These people couldn't think of that apparently. Additionally they always seem to forget parts of the order every time. It's like they don't care and they aren't trying.
