It’s breakfast with some fun sauce options and a decent variety. Got a sandwich and my friend got a bowl. They make it easy to customize and it’s quick. If I’m in Salem I’m probably choosing crack’d over other options.Good parking. Worth the stop.
Staff are always polite attentive and thorough. Food is always delicious. Sad they took off their pulled pork has brown and pulled pork Mac and cheese, but I understand food costs are changing and they are expanding their menu. Amazing selection of coffees, lattes, power bowls, max and cheese and fire burritos. Now they have chicken sandwiches which I have yet to try but I’m sure are cooked with the same care they put into the rest of their menu. Highly recommend the crackd caffination if you’re trying to supercharge your day w/ an espresso cold brew.

DELICIOUS. Fresh. Had a Buffalo chicken sandwich, loaded wedges and an iced decaf white chocolate pistachio latte. From beginning to end, it was an awesome experience. The staff was nice. The food was to die for. As a die hard Starbucks fan I have to say, the latte blew Starbucks out of the park. When I ordered a pistachio latte at Starbucks, this is what I wanted it to taste like!!! Will definitely be back.
Unsure why this took me so long… we’ve been coming since it opened and have enjoyed every visit. Everything is fresh + delicious. Flavorful menu! Friendly staff and owners! Go, you won’t be disappointed!

CRACK’D is incredible! My family ordered their for the first time this morning and we were super impressed. Definitely as good if not better than Pressed Cafe which is another one of our favorites! My açaí bowl was so good and their breakfast wraps were packed with eggs, meat and potatoes! I totally recommend.
Crack’d catered my family Christmas Brunch. To say it was outstanding would be an understatement. All of the food was fantastic and our guests absolutely loved everything. We had a variety of egg sandwiches, sweet potato hash, hash browns, Mac & Cheese, bacon, sausage and fresh fruit. So very fresh, delicious and even the packaging was perfect. Special thanks to Andrea for making ordering seamless and to Alan and the Crack’d crew for the food and great service.
From the quality of the food to the clear, concise and pleasant interactions via phone and in-person, Crack’d is a wonderful addition to the town of Salem. Ownership and management are outstanding individuals. The menu is so creative and a joy to experience - I can’t wait for their pop-up! I can’t say enough about an up and coming restaurant chain. I only wish they were open later in the day because my family and I just can’t get enough of them. We’ve yet to have a negative experience since they have opened and we recognize how hard it is to achieve a track record like that in a time where it is so difficult to find help. They are (hands down) the most consistent and dependable place around and we wish them nothing but continued success.
