We had gone to their other location last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. Decided to try the Salem location and was just as good. Excellent service, beautiful atmosphere and a menu with wide variety from drinks to appetizers to meals. Well worth the price as food quality and presentation was very good.
We have been to this restaurant several times and this visit was excellent. We ordered the warm crab dip to share and it was very good. We each ordered from the nightly specials, my wife the salmon and I the haddock Both were well prepared. The portions on the haddock cold have been larger. The mashed potatoes on my dinner arrived cold and our server immediately rectified the situation by bringing a fresh and warm order of mashed potatoes. We shared the apple crisp for desert and it was great Our server Darian was especially good! We eat out often and she is one of the best!
Great place, great food and great service. Prices are not too expensive. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating can be reserved but out door seating walk in only. Usually a busy place.
Delicious meal and great service. Prime rib was perfect. The waitress was super friendly and accommodating. Mother's day offered a slightly limited menu but it was still broad with a lot of choices. My kids were there (18, 15) and they easily found something to choose.
I would give the Copper Door 10 stars if I could! We took some of our family from out of town and everyone agreed that we had some of the best food we’ve ever had! The bread is soft on the inside, warm and just scrumptious. Sirloin spring rolls are a must have! Seafood casserole was fresh and full of flavor. The filet was perfectly cooked. White sangria was refreshing and just perfect. Service was amazing!!! We will be back again and again!
We have been to the Copper Door many times and have always enjoyed the experience. Last night we had one of the best Margarita Pizza's we have had in a long time. Also, our server Erica was the best!
Great restaurant and ambiance! Very difficult to “stop in” for dinner. We’ve had to make reservations early in the week in order to have dinner at a reasonable time (7:00p). It was packed with very little room to spare. That didn’t take away from their service and quality of the food. We were a party of four and didn’t finish until 9:30p. A combination of us talking and having a good 10 minutes in between drinks, apps, entrees, dessert and check. Appreciate we were not rushed but perhaps service, for those of us who are slower, can nudge us more often in order to allow or more paying patrons to enjoy the restaurant as well.
We had a phenomenal experience taking my mother out to lunch for her birthday! Unfortunately, we failed to mention an egg allergy to our server and our 4-year-old got sick at the restaurant after we learned the ice cream has egg in it. Everyone at the restaurant went above and beyond to make sure our son was okay and even called us at home the next day to see how he was feeling! It was very unexpected since it was completely our fault it happened because we didn't mention it. They even followed up with a note in the mail and a gift card inviting us to come back for some egg free desserts on the house! We were completely surprised by this outstanding service and they certainly have customers for life in us!
My friend and I have husbands that are retired. We work together and often have the boys meet us at the Copper Door on Friday afternoon. The service, food and atmosphere are always good. It is a bit pricey but, you know what you are going to get.
My husband and I have been here a few times. It is nicer than most of the places in this area. The food is good, staff pleasant.
