For all the low reviews. If the dining area is ever “dirty” this is due to the fact that we have a lot of things to do and lines being filled. Once the line has slowed down and we have a chance to do other things then that’s when we are able to clean tables but If you ask politely then we will be right over to clean ASAP. For the people saying we close too early, we close at around 8-10 daily and the only reason we closed at 7 today was due to the fact that 2 workers called out and that’s on top of us already being understaffed so we had 4 people to work. One having to leave at 8 and two having to leave at 9 which leaves one person to of had to clean and prep the whole restaurant. So if you are complaining about us closing early then just know that we are hiring and glad to have you by so you can realize it’s harder than you think to be over worked and have people like you who complain on stuff that we can’t control. We always have friendly interactions with our guests and it’s only once in a while where we have some guests that don’t want to act friendly that day but we still keep our professionalism. You guys have to understand what we can and can’t control and not complain over the fact that we have to close early since people don’t want to stay until 3 in the morning cleaning.
I have been going to this location since they opened and I think they deserve recognition for really improving their services. My orders have all been correct and made very well lately. This location definitely seems to have gotten the hang of things
This restaurant is gross. Staff seem to always have an attitude, and they close at 7pm! Every other Chipotle in a 15 mile radius closes at 10pm but for some reason the newest location to tons of shopping and stores closes the earliest? Doesn’t make any sense, just like going to eat at this location. SMH
I ordered double chicken, guacamole, fajitas, mild tomato, sour cream and cheese. I get all the way home and I was not expecting this! They filled half and only fajitas and sour cream. I have never had an issue with chipotle. This was my first time going to the Salem location and I will never be going again. The Manchester location is THE BEST and worth the travel!
We were so excited to learn that Salem finally got Chipotle! If I could give this chipotle 0 stars I would. I feel like something is always wrong with this place. Either it says open and when you get there they have a sign on the door saying closed. They rarely have the online ordering available. But to top it off I went in today waited in the long line to finally get to the counterand order 3 quesos and chips. They told me they have no chips. I said can you cook more and they said they have no chips at all. How does that even happen? I gave this place enough chances. Ill start driving an extra 10 mins to go to the manchester one now
The place was very dirty, the tables and the floor with leftovers, napkins. There should be someone looking after the tables. Food was OK, but the overall experience was not good.
NO Sense of HYGIENE - Person preparing my order of bowl, cleaned the surface by swiping their hand covered in gloves in the middle of filling the bowl and used the same hand covered in the glove to get the cheese from the bowl and put it in the bowl she was making. No sense of:1. Hygiene2. Customer ServiceWhy does your cheese container NOT have "TONGS"?1. Please Provide tongs for your cheese owls and teach your employees to use tongs for the cheese2. Tell your employees that people put that food into their body3. Teach them about:1. health2. HYGIENE3. What Customer Service means.
Very disappointed with location. We are locals and love coming to the new Tuscan village but this location needs to step it up a few notches. Came in and ordered two bowls and everything that was asked to be put in was literally only a pinch. When asked to add more lettuce and cheese since only a pinch was given, she was clearly rude and bothered by it and did not want to add more to my what looked like half a bowl. Keep in mind this location was not busy at all. No customers were behind us so she was not in a rush. Next time we will be visiting pressed cafe as our order is alway excellent!
Made my girlfriend violently sick. I know it was this place because we ate all the same meals together the last few days except for here and I didn’t get sick. Considering Chipotle’s history with food poisoning, you’d think they’d be a little more cautious. To hell with this company.
