Drive thru is only concerned about how many cars they can serve quickly. I ordered my sandwich gluten free. Got it all home half hour later and nothing was gluten free except the bun. All the chicken had breading on it. The fries were the wrong size and it wasn’t even what I ordered. Don’t waste your time here!!!!
It is very clean and the employees are sharply dressed for a fast food eatery. Very business like attire. They're all busy trying to get everything done.The food was fresh and hot. My only gripe really was that we got a treat our food was ready for pickup but had to wait over 10 minutes for it. Also had to remind them about the drink.The parking lot is tight and poorly laid out too (but that's corporate/ the franchise owners blunder).
Food is always delicious. I understand this is a NEW location but drive-thru service could be faster. I have been to other locations that I don't need to wait 10 min in line to get my food. Dine-In service is significantly faster. Clean store with a comfortable dining area. Always Friendly Staff.
The food was delicious but the experience was very poor. We dined in at 6:30 pm and we couldn’t find a clean table. We ended up cleaning a table ourselves. We waited 20 minutes for our meals and when I went to inquire about our food, they said they were waiting on my son’s Mac n cheese to be ready and it would take another 12 minutes (a 32 minute wait from when we ordered). We also had to approach the staff for our drinks, utensils, and sauces that weren’t handed to us with our food.Also, when a young man checked on us and we told him we were still waiting on our food he seemed surprised and spoke a curse word in front of my young children. I was shocked. I’ve only ever had great experiences with Chic-Fil-A and after living overseas for the past few years we were so excited to go again. The experience this time was like other fast food restaurants and not what I expected from a Chic-Fil-A, which has always stood out to me as a friendlier, better, and cleaner establishment with polite and excellent service.
Horrifically slow. It doesn't matter if you use the drive-thru or if you walk inside I've tried both several times and both times it takes longer to get food at this Chick-fil-A than if I just drove over to Methuen and got food at that Chick-fil-A. The last time I went inside it was literally 30 minutes from the time I placed my order(time stamp on receipt) until I received my food. On top of that while I was waiting I saw two different employees come out of the back place an order and get their orders before I got mine. Based upon other lower reviews either management doesn't care or doesn't have the skill or ability to fix the problem.Edit: and shockingly when I got home my order was wrong, go figure.
I love Chick-fil-A. Great food, nicest most respectful staff, frozen lemonade, what's not to like? Apparently everyone thinks this and even at 630 pm on a workday ots a bad time to go. Went inside to get faster delivery. Waited in line, waited for food, nothing. After 15+ minutes I had to start asking people to look for my order. Love the food, but that's not fast food.
Drive thru line moved as usual, but when I got to the window I was told I would need to park because the kitchen was backed up and my order wasn't ready. There was another person already parked and waiting, but their food was brought out shortly after I parked. I could hear the person in the car complaining about the wait. I sat for over 10 minutes waiting for my food to come out. It was two chicken sandwich meals and a nugget meal. As I sat there they continued to hand food out to about 10 other cars, and no one else was asked to wait. I don't understand how these other people's food could have been ready and mine wasn't. All they serve is chicken and fries. I'm sure they handed out quite a few chicken sandwiches and fries to those 10 cars. So why did everyone else get their food while I had to wait?

Ordered through the mobile app on the way to the restaurant. There was a mess up regarding our order and we waited quite a while. The first staff member we stopped told us the order was still being made. We ended up stopping someone else after another 15 minutes had passed, and she got our order put in to be remade as they didn't know what happened to it.Our order had been put with the mobile orders, and the first staff member tried to bring us the original order which had been sitting for nearly an hour at this point and was cold. Second staff member was very pleasant and got us fresh food.The food was delicious, per usual. Only real complaint was the wait and then being given the cold food.
I waited over 30 mins. for my order. Drove home 2 towns over. Get in the house and 2 sandwiches were missing. My son did not get receipt we couldn't get missing sandwiches. So I have NO PLANS to ever go there again! And the food was good but not the rave I heard about.
