Thank you Sam the amazing waitress! We really wanted to try the pizza, and she let us in even though they were crazy busy. And gave the best smiliest service.Also great starter of bread and olive oil, Pizza is amazing, fun to sit in with a cold beer.
The food was greasy with average taste. The service was okay once you got the servers’ attention. Our waiter was okay though.
Had heard from several coworkers and friends that they were good so on a busy weeknight I put in a takeout order. Was not impressed. The lasagna was very dry and burnt on the bottom and the edges as well. The rolls were hard. The taste just wasn't that great. Doubt I'll be back.
Planned this meal for my family to have on Easter Sunday. Ordered a very large catering order, days before hand so there would be plenty of time. Day and time rolls around to feed my large group, restaurant would not answer calls, wouldn’t come outside to curbside, they completely ghosted me and my entire order. I will never ever come back. My dinner was ruined and I was completely embarrassed.
The reservation system was not working and there was nothing they could do for us to make it right. We had our 5 year old who was hungry and upset that we couldn’t have dinner there. I won’t be back!!

Wanted to take my wife out for a birthday dinner! From the start we waited for the waitress to come over to take our order. She thought what we order was easy enough. (That was the comment she made) We ordered a soda, two waters, large salad, bread and a large Ultimate Bertucci pizza. The rolls were not cooked all the way, the salad had way too much dressing! Our pizza was cold, because she had to be reminded that it was ready. We askes for fresh rolls and she told us we had to wait for them. We didn't receive the rolls until we were on are way out the door. I understand that most restuants are short staffed but it wasn't that busy. We waited from start to finish two and a half hours. We have had a couple of problems but have not waited that long and received cold pizza and dough rolls from Bertucci's before!!! # disappointed!!!
Nick our server is awesome. Always greets us and knows what we order. Had the meatballs appetizer and fresh baked bread.
