Absaloutly rude employees. Was doing a doordash. Went up to the door and it was locked. I understood they were closed but just to make sure i went back to my car and i called. I saw an employee come out while i was calling so i was about to hang up but i could hear her say to another employee in a very rude tone “i know shes still calling” i was going to just let it go and drive away but she looked at me and again in a very rude tone tells me “were closed”. Im very sad that this places employees are like this. They have very good food but unfortunately very poor attituded people who work there. She could have just politely told me this but i guess kindness in this world has depleted
Website says that you close at 7pm on Sunday. I arrived at 6:36 and they said I could not order anything but a salad or a smoothie because they close at 7 and they have shut their oven off. Hours should be updated!
Best smoothies I have ever had in my life. My nephew insisted on me trying one and now I’m addicted.Absolutely love their Highly knowledgeable and professional staff!! Can’t wait to get another one ?
I mean…if paying $9 for blended sugar and ice is your thing, this might be the place for you. I’d say that falls more in the category of slushy rather than smoothie but whatever floats your boat. Styrofoam cups and the small font disclaimer that they add sugar to each and every smoothie, ick. Yea - drive down the street a bit and get an actual smoothie for the same price at The Juicery. That place is definitely worth the money.
Normally this is my daughter and I favorite lunch choice, so we went to the one in Newington/Portsmouth. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The older woman working the grill was horribly rude and disrespectful. After my order they became extremely busy and she mixed up orders. Because my food was opened and touched, I asked to have another made and I would wait. I had no attitude nor was my voice loud. 3 times she came at me with attitude so I requested a refund. I received more attitude and was told to leave after I asked for her name and corporate's number. I was so upset and frazzled because just 20 mins prior I had just ordered food for my daughter and had no issues. As long as she's working, I will not be returning to this location.

I visited the Portsmouth/Newington location today and the young lady behind the counter name Maddie (sorry if spelling is off) was by herself dealing with multiple customers and taking online orders. This girl kept her cool, greeted everybody, and had multiple orders going at once all while having a smile on her face. Thank you for being awesome and I hope the management knows they have a great employee!
Great place to get a smoothie or a quick bite. Nice staff, always friendly and care about you. I am always getting pleasant experience and satisfied with the order. Customizable selection of smoothies and protein shakes for any taste. Tasty and highly customizable, many options of add-ons and extras ?.
The styrofoam cups were a huge bummer. I didn't even know those were a thing anymore. I would come here way more often but the environmental impact is too much. Place is super clean, staff was very helpful, service was FAST, and smoothies were delicious.
Management is terrible! Will never go back.
