I'm a bit taken aback at how rude the staff at this location are... Even for a fast food joint. I would much rather fast than to attempt to order from this taco bell ever again. I'm not sure if it's due to a lack of training, poor hiring standards, a lack of pay or a combo box of all the above but regardless, my ordering experience here was the worst I've ever had. I honestly wish happiness for the people that work here and hope that they find something fulfilling where they don't have to be so gosh darn rude! Baffled at my experience and certain that I'm never going to go back.
Ordered online with a drive threw pick up staff was amazing friendly prompt service only thing is I didn't receive 2 of the items I ordered ? although I was there towards closing time
Great hot food very good looking store and really good employees seemed to handle the rush really good the manager was some little female she was very polite and on point with the service I appreciate it ...
Yummy! This place also has great service. I went through the drive thru and they got my order correct. Also they were friendly and of course the food is delicious!
Staff was very pleasant and the drive thru was fast. Food was a bit cold but otherwise good.
This place is a dive. The food sucks and the staff is uptight and unprofessional. I don't know how they can continue to operate with all these bad reviews. Don't just take my word for it. Go there and see for yourself.
When I made it to the drive thru. I ended up waiting 20 mins for just 6 tacos. I didn't order a family meal that's like 12 tacos. Very slow service but they are probably short handed.?
I’ve never left a review in my life for anything but the experience I just had was so shocking that I have to share. I pulled up to the speaker and they were out of what I ordered so I asked for a moment to look over the menu, not even 8 seconds went by and the guy rudely told me that he can’t have me holding up his line and to pull up. A little shocked by the attitude and impatience, i said okay and pulled up assuming that they were just going to take my order at the window, after waiting for 25 minutes, I made it to the window and he claimed that he never told me to pull up so I politely corrected him and he got his manger. That wasn’t the shocking part, the RGM came out and started yelling at me and refused service to me (refused to give her name) Anyways, long story short. I’m a long time Taco Bell customer, I’ve given them so much business and I’m genuinely upset with the service I was provided tonight. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
Went to this location for 4 beef quesoritos. To my surprise, they mentioned they lacked the contents to create such a dish (rice, cheese, beef, sour cream). When I took more than 5 seconds to reevaluate and think of another order, I was told not to sit at the drive through window and to pull up and order at the window. When I pulled up, the rgm was extremely rude and denied that these conversations took place. Extremely unimpressed and quesoritoless.
If you want to be treated like a joke of a human being come to this Taco Bell. We did a mobile order and they treated us at the window like we were steeling the food somehow. All of it fell apart as soon as we opened the wrapping. We ordered potatoes dish, half filled the container, and they didn't give us a fork. Like they could of just handed us the bag and I would of been less upset. Would give zero stars if Google let us.
