I absolutely love this Cafe. It is adjacent to my co-working space and the food is spectacular. The staff is so nice and it's a great place if you want to work and get out of your office for a day as well.
Wanted to try out the newest addition to the neighborhood so stopped in early one morning. Preface this by saying I’m vegan, gluten free, and avoid refined sugar. Yes, I’m in the minority, but like to leave reviews in case others who are similar find it helpful!While I saw a few vegan options, none were gf as well and even the boxed oatmeal had sugar. Overall, the displayed food options reminded me of an airport cafe. Packaged grab and go items, generic baked goods, name brand stuff.I got a decaf drip coffee (decided against an espresso drink because of the $1 upcharge for plant milk, and none that were unsweetened.) Unfortunately it was awful and I couldn’t drink it. Tasted very off - kinda chemically - couldn’t put my finger on it. Hopefully a fluke as I’ve heard so many good things about La Mulita coffee…maybe they just don’t do decaf well.If I was in a remote town in West Virginia or an airport, I’d say this is a great cafe. Honestly, there’s nothing bad about it. But Portsmouth has some wonderfully unique local cafes I’d recommend first. I’d have to spend more time here to try and uncover the unique aspect (possibly empanadas - but…gluten. ? I know, I know, just sad there was nothing on the menu I could eat.)
This place is phenomenal. Little known fact.. Most coffee shops in Portsmouth and surrounding close by 3pm. Stroll is open until 7PM, 7 days a week! So if you need that afternoon coffee and a bite after 3pm, Stroll has got you! The coffee is excellent and food is delicious. Can't recommend them enough!
Went for coffee, coffee was good. But it’s 2022, let’s get rid of the cash grab for non dairy milk.
Jasmine was exceptional in her preparation of our café! Her knowledge of the unique Colombia beans and flavor was evident and her special Latin charm made our visit to Stroll Café outstanding. Stroll Café was warm and friendly, clean and a pleasure to visit.
If I could give 10 stars to Stroll, I would. I love the space, the coffee and the atmosphere. Kathryn always greets us with a big smile and is so friendly and kind. She makes us want to keep coming back! She has remembered our names after meeting us just once. We love Stroll and Kathryn. Definitely recommend a stop here!
So happy this cafe opened! It was the best coffee we've ever had in Portsmouth. Food was delicious and the service was so friendly. On top of that, we loved the atmosphere. We will for sure be coming back!

It’s a brand new cafe with spacious sitting area. It’s nicely decorated and they have plenty of tables. Everyone was very nice. I ordered a latte. It came in a nice white mug. It was delicious and had nice foam
